The belt horse trolley is an ideal piece of equipment for handling belts and other prepared leather goods such as leather strips, shoulder straps and braces. It offers an ergonomic design with handles on both sides and anti-thread wheels, ensuring ease of handling. The strong structure is made of galvanised steel and comes with a side document pocket. MOTORIZED STANDARD CONVEYOR TAPES WITH VARIABLE SPEED Motorized conveyor tapes are made of a structure in steel section with adjustable height supports and a smooth pvc carpet and a smooth pvc carpet moving on a sheet plane. They are used for the transport of boxes and packages in industrial and productive setting. They can be combined with weighing systems, counting, inkjet markers and used as transport systems and sorting boxes. If properly designed can also transport up/down hills Complete with motors of adequate power, electrical system and start/stop switch. The geared motor unit is installed inside of the supporting structure to limit the overall dimensions. Full programme for Vgroove pulleys with TaperLock system conical bushings. We can supply complete range of Vbelt pulleys with taper lock system and we are also specialized in the construction of special pulleys whose diameter can reach a maximum of 2500 mm. PiPulleys are produced according to the interational regulations BS 37901981DIN 211ISO 4183. Those pulleys are made of GG25 grey cast iron and a special black phosphating treatment on the surface is added. They can be used up to a peripheric speed of 30 mt/sec. Beyond this limit it is advised to usehigh resistance materials. Our pulleys are balanced according to the ISOG16 standard. Pbushes are made of GG25 grey cast iron and a special black phosphating treatment on the surface is added. They have a H7shaped bore and a complete set of screws to be fixed at the pulley.
