Garland roller sets are used in belt conveyors that have to handle blunt, bulky, heavy materials. The increased containment capacity of the roller basin facilitates higher speed of transport than those of traditional stations. For upper stations in current use installations, garland sets with 3 and 5 steel or rubberised impact rollers are mounted; for lower stations, garland sets with 2 steel rollers or with scraping rubber rings are mounted. The flexibility of garland sets enables their adaptation to the material to be transported, facilitates transportation, reduces impacts on the rollers, and limits any lateral slipping of the rubber matting. The diagrams and Table 90 show the shapes of mountings of garland sets envisaged in TECNORULLI’s production programme. Other shapes may be considered on request.

Embossed polyethylene film as rubber separator Our embossed polyethylene film is used as a liner for the calendered rubber. It prevents the contamination of rubber by dust and other foreign matters that might stick to it during storage before further processing. With its diamond-shaped embossing, our film can be easily removed from the rubber without any distortion. Our polyethylene film is manufactured from 100% virgin low density polyethylene that retains the embossing pattern even when subjected to high temperature and stretch. Color, embossing pattern design, thickness and width may vary according to specific customer requests. Europe-wide shipping (by truck). Production capability: 60 tons/month.

The ECO-AUTOMASTIK is a NATURAL RUBBER ADHESIVE used on the general processing of JUNTERY. Adapt for who wants to apply the glue only on a part. It is called ECO because the company uses only raw materials with law environmental impact. CHARACTERISTICS : Viscosity : 5500 - 6000 cPs Colour : Amber USING INSTRUCTIONS : Apply an homogeneous coat upon one of the two parts has to be sticked, way for the evaporation of the solvents and then stick the two parts.
