Data sheet Product The CA model is designed to reduce Volatile Organic Compounds with no high concentration and for applications which are not particularly hazardous. The units for this model were designed in a modular way in order to satisfy all possible needs in terms of capacity and possible space limitations. They may be used both as individual filtering units and as post-filtering units together with mechanical (pocket filters) and electrostatic filtration equipped with centrifugal fan in CA M version. Thanks to the small cartridges, which each contain 3 Kg of carbon, periodic maintenance operations for substitution are quick and easy. Operating principle The polluted air is channelled to and collected in the mechanical pre-filter where the larger sized physical pollutants are deposited. Data sheet Product The AERCARBO filtering unit was designed to filter pollutants that contain dust, solvent vapours and pollutants that are especially volatile. The AERCAB0 unit has a painted sheet metal panel structure that is bolted together. The cartridges containing approx 48 Kg of active carbon permits a good level of absorption. The filtering unit is also available in AERCARB0 M version which is equipped with the centrifugal fan. Operating principle The polluted air is channelled to and collected inside the plenum located in the lower part of the unit. The air rises and immediately meets the mechanical pre-filters where the larger sized physical pollutants are deposited. The D-NAMIC wheels are manufactured through a new vacuum - dryer - high pressure process, entirely developed by DC, which results in the higher quality wheel in its range of products, and the only one to be covered by a lifetime warranty against the de-bonding of the Polyurethane tyre from the wheel centre. The Polyurethane tyre grant a high cut and tear propagation resistance, is mechanically bonded to the wheel core, and the coupling is further strengthened by a surface adhesion which is obtained without the use of any glue or chemical bonding. The D-NAMIC wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for which are specifically studied and produced to fulfill the extremely wide variability of conditions to which they are submitted, for both industrial and food industry. D-NAMIC are recommended on trolleys for food industry and chemical industry, industrial trolleys, equipment and trolleys for meat and fish industry, slaughterhouses and textile industry.
