The 450 balers twin compaction cylinders give an even pressing force when compacting material. During transport, we lower the compaction cylinders inside the bale chamber for ease of shipping. There is a hydraulic cylinder at the base of the bale chamber to eject the completed bale onto a pallet.

The largest vertical baler in the MACFAB range. The extra-large loading aperture makes the 650 an excellent choice for the baling of large cardboard boxes. The 650 baler can make cardboard bale up to a weight of 650 kg. An ideal choice for businesses such as warehouses or retail stores who generate waste of large sized cardboard boxes.

The 550 baler can make bales of cardboard up to 550kg. In some cases, recyclers will offer increased rebates as these bales do not need to be reprocessed before being sent to a paper mill. Bales Can be tied with either bale strapping or steel baling wire.

The baler makes a compact bale of 150 KG and is mechanically ejected onto a pallet for collection by the recycling company. Bales are tied using 4 rolls of bale strapping.
