This baler is ideal for businesses with small volumes of waste material and limited space to install a baler. Compact your cardboard boxes and plastic film into a 60kg bale. The baler comes as standard with a 13 amp single phase 220 volt power supply but other voltages are available. Two rolls of 9mm bale strapping are hung at the front of the baler to tie off completed bales. Retainers are installed at the front and the back of the bale chamber to hold material in place. An eject trolley is also included to remove bales from the bale chamber.

The 450 balers twin compaction cylinders give an even pressing force when compacting material. During transport, we lower the compaction cylinders inside the bale chamber for ease of shipping. There is a hydraulic cylinder at the base of the bale chamber to eject the completed bale onto a pallet.

The operator places the 240 bin in the chamber and then loads it with garbage bags. When the bin becomes full, the operator shuts the door and presses the controls to squash the material inside. We repeat this process until the bin is full of compacted material. An optional Cart is available to compact waste into a Refuse bag. Suitable for numerous industries including restaurants, fast food outlets, bars, retail stores, hotels, gas stations, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. The 60HD baler can bale aluminium drinks cans, pet plastic bottles, steel food cans, paint tins, plastic jerrycans / jerricans, paper, plastic film and small cardboard boxes. The 60 HD can make a bale of 32 kg of pet plastic bottles and 25 kg of aluminium drinks cans. This baler comes with a cross strapping system needed to bale certain materials such as drinks cans. As standard the 60 HD power supply is 220-volt 16 amp but other power supplies are available. The 60 HD can be used in a wide range or businesses but its especially popular for small recycling centres, hospitality settings with high generation of drinks cans and schools.
