Keraplastol is installed in various heat aggregates such as furnaces of steam boilers, blacksmith furnaces, furnaces with aggressive slag, and other types of metallurgical furnaces. It can withstand a temperature of around 1600 ° C. Keraplastol is also used for lining induction furnaces for melting aluminum and its alloys and for melting zinc.

We offer wide range of innovative wall, roof or cooling layered boards containing the core made of polyisocyanurate foam (PIR). These boards consist of two linings made of steel sheets galvanized on both sides, with organic polyester lacquer coating of 25 µm and the s tructural and insulation core made of rigid, Freon-free, self-extinguishing PIR foam with great thermal insulation and fire resistance. Thermal conduction coefficient is λ = 0.022 W/m*K. PIR foams are characterized by strengthened resistance against high temperatures, they decompose at temperatures over 325ºC and their carbonization is ca. 50%. The carbonized layer protects against penetration of high temperatures through a board resulting in more efficient fire protection barrier. Diversified colours and profiles result in various possibilities for architects. ​

The Angastiniotes AW1000 insulated wall panel is a standard fix micro-lined profiled panel which can be used for building applications and can be installed both horizontally and vertically. They are manufactured with an eco-friendly and fire-proof polyurethane (PUR) core. It is also available in a secret fixing profile. ​ Micro-lined wall panel are very cost effective, lightweight and suited to a wide variety of applications, including new build and refurbishment, and there is a broad selection of colour, finish and profile shape.

The particulate filter cleaning machine is designed to clean the particulate filters of both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The machine is completely made of stainless steel. With the water purification system, water in the tank is recirculated and cleans the inside of the particle filter.The machine starts the washing process by measuring the clogging rate of the filter after test button on the touch-operated display is selected. The HSHP – Drum Heater (220 °C) is suitable for steel drums (and with restrictions also for plastic drums). The outer material is a Teflon which is released for contact with food. The material possesses high levels of chemical and acid resistance. However, products such as waxes, soaps and materials with high water content can be heated excellently as well. The drum heating jacket is lightweight, robust and free of silicone. The excellent thermal transfer properties due to the perfect fit result in homogenous temperatures. Our silicone-free high-temperature drum heater is available in the standard size of 200 liters but can also be made to customer specification.

Protective hose, flame retardant and insulating against heat and flying sparks for cables

High-Temperature insulating hose (HT hose) protects heat-conveying lines and prevents thermal damage to adjoining parts with a fiberglass and double-coated silicon rubber top layer. The HT hose is available as a self-contained or re-closable sleeve as well as a custom-made mat. The approximate surface temperature of the duct can be up to 500°C.

The HISDpro - Side Drum Heater is a simple yet effective silicone insulated drum heater for the heating of barrels up to 90°C. The Silicone heating jacket is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can be manufactured to customer specifications as well. HISDpro heater jackets are particularly suited to melt soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products, or respectively reduce their viscosity. The 200-liter element can be combined with the HBD - base drum heater to reduce the heat-up time. These heater jackets are not only used on drums but also containers and any kind of glass-fibre reinforced plastics. They can be produced with any number of belts, e.g. to enable them to be clamped on to rotor blades.

Sound insulation for heat pumps: A customised, made-to-measure enclosure can help to significantly reduce noise from heat pumps and thus provide more peace and quiet in the neighbourhood. If you want to install a heat pump, you should therefore consider using an enclosure. Self-assembly with assembly instructions possible. We supply also in larger quantities to OEMs.
