ERW ax systems for industrial refrigeration of process fluids (water, water and glycol) are air-cooled units, using EC (Electronic Control) axial fans. This range includes a series of models with cooling capacities from 2.1 kWf up to 595 kWf. Three different versions are provided for different outlet fluid temperature ranges, agreed with the customer during the design phase. The entire range uses refrigerant with GWP 631.

RW ax systems for industrial refrigeration of process fluids (water, water and glycol) are air-cooled: the only resource used is therefore electrical energy, a decisive advantage in contexts where it is advisable to save water (because of its cost or scarcity). The IP54-grade machine protection (against dust and other agents) facilitates their installation in outdoor environments, which is also possible at temperatures up to +40°C and above, at the customer’s request. RW ax liquid chillers from Frigofluid are suitable for achieving average fluid outlet temperatures (between +1°C and 20°C), with excellent control of the resources used for their operation.

The 500kg flake ice machine can meet the requirements of small fishermen and bakery products. It operates 24 hours a day. There is no intervention or manual use. The inner surface of the device is made of carbon steel and polished. the outside is covered with stainless steel material. It continuously produces an ice sheet and drops ice from the bottom space of the device. Therefore, if desired, the ice storage can be placed under the device to ensure that the ice is kept cold. Our new iron and manganese removal installation - fermaliQ - can be found below. This installation is unique in that it combines numerous process phases into a single system. Odors like hydrogen sulphide or ammonium are no longer a problem thanks to the smart mix of oxidation and filtering, and aeration assures the ejection of carbon dioxide, which increases the pH. The iron and manganese are oxidized into solid form and filtered out along with other undesirable particles when the pH is just correct. The particles are flushed out of the filter by a fully automatic backwash, and the process can begin again. This guarantees that the water is free of iron, manganese, and other contaminants.
