We have extensive experience in the metal designs of small and medium-sized structures and the modernization of machine parts. We are able to design or support the process of designing and manufacturing machine parts and steel structures. The physical connection of the design office with the production hall gives us the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and check the proposed technical solutions. Since 2006, steel structures have been the main area in which we help our clients. We are not only manufacturing steel elements to order – very often we help and support our customers in ensuring that metal structural elements meet all strength and utility requirements, and that they are maximally economical. As steel structure fabricators, we are able to produce any steel structures to order – of course, we are also subject to certain technological limitations, but they are small enough that they are not the main obstacle where welding of steel structures occurs.

Parametric design is a process based on algorithmic thinking that enables the expression of parameters and rules that, together, define, encode and clarify the relationship between design intent and design response. It allows us to create complex shapes which were not possible just a few years ago. Production of these designs are possible with traditional methods like injection moulding, or in most cases, with 3D printing. Parametric design can be used the create the overall visual look of the product, or a smaller part of it, for example a special surface area on the housing of a device.

As part of the product development process, we always keep in mind the manufacturer's point of view. Meaning that we design from the start to minimize the problems of production and keep the budget tight. With an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, we optimise the design for lowest production cost and lowest manufacturing risk. Regardless if you're planning to make just a few pieces, a few hundred, or thousands. Visualizing the shapes and features of the idea, and creating the main vision that will guide the whole product development journey. We develop multiple visual solutions for the idea from "mild" to "wild", all of which are desirable to your customers and are manufacturable. Concept design can be presented as sketches, early prototypes (mock-ups) or 3D renderings. These sketches focus on the main features of the product, for example: - What is the overall visual impression of the product? - Where are the buttons and other features placed and what do they look like? - What materials and manufacturing processes are used to produce the product? - How many parts is it made of? - How are the internal parts arranged?
