The Battery Cell Simulator serves to test Battery Measuring Modules in the 2511 series, which are used in battery module assembly applications (incoming goods inspection, BoL, EoL). The Battery Cell Simulator is able to emulate battery cells of different technologies with resistance and open circuit voltage simulation. The resistance simulation replicates the purely ohmic resistance of a cell. The Battery Cell Simulator runs on 24 V DC. The LED on the front indicates the different operating states. Resistance and voltage values can be defined from standard values or from a custom set of values.

To make a sampling procedure reproducible, it should always be carried out under the same conditions. For this purpose, the depth stop for samplers is a helpful accessory. The depth stop can be clamped to any height of the sampler by means of a C-clamping screw. This ensures that the sampler penetrates to the same desired depth each time it is pierced. The penetration depth is thus fixed and can be precisely recorded, e.g. in a test report or sampling instructions. In addition, the depth stop can prevent accidental puncturing during sampling. The depth stop for samplers is useful in all areas where the sampling parameters must be precisely determined and defined, e.g. in the outgoing and incoming goods inspection of bulk materials that can segregate. Simply attach the depth stop for samplers to a sampling tube with Ø 25 or 50 mm and tighten with an Allen key (5 mm).

The typical inspection of incoming goods includes a check of freight documents, a type and quantity check, as well as a visual check for any defects and transport damage. We also offer customerspecific product tests, such as humidity readings, reference sample tests or testing for customerspecific attributes.

Intelligent Storage Management JUKI’s ISM Material Incoming Station, an incoming goods desk with scanner, helps to automate the incoming goods process and boost productivity dramatically. Incoming material is scanned and the data is automatically matched with the database of the existing Enterprise Resource Planning system. Simultaneously, a unique ID is created in the system to make every component truly “unique” and to deliver full traceability.
