An experienced, in-house team of test and analysis specialists stands for the peak of quality – product-specific and exactly as you, the customer, desire it. To ensure quality in serial manufacture early on and guarantee a frictionless start of production, test equipment is incorporated into manufacturing processes and automated production lines. Test contacts on the circuit board, produced for just this purpose, are contacted by fine, spring-loaded test pins. Depending on the series size, the in-circuit test can take place manually or in an automated fashion. In combination with other test processes, including tests without test contacts, over 90 percent of all errors can be detected.

Alongside the standard ICT/FCT process, we can also target every individual production stage for verification, as requested. Efficient inspection strategies and final functional tests are a fixed component of our quality management system. PRUFREX is a manufacturer of test systems and software. In close collaboration with our own test equipment developers, we manufacture beds of nails for the in-circuit test (ICT) and functional test (FCT), alongside test equipment and production aids. Two modern AOI devices (automatic optical inspection) in 2D and 3D secure the manufacturing process during the SMT assembly. We use our X-ray inspection device to control the soldering process on components with connections under the housing. In addition to quality assurance, we also offer test and inspection procedures that are precisely tailored to your needs. In addition to circuit-specific in-circuit and burn-in tests, we can carry out application-related function tests in our test field. For specific tests, many customers send us the test procedures with the appropriate equipment directly. The series 13 pressure transducers have internal water cooling and are suitable for use in media temperatures of up to 350 °C. Typical applications include superheated steam circuits, engine test benches or chemical process monitoring.

The system is a self-sufficient unit and is made of a solid welded frame, contains media preparation, a hydraulic unit, and electrical engineering. The pressure test bench has a secure test chamber for burst pressure and hydrostatic pressure tests and, optionally, a climatic chamber for pressure tests with environmental simulation. Depending on the option selected, pressure change tests up to 2,000 bar and 10 Hz can be generated. With the test circuit for hydrostatic and burst pressure tests, pressure ramps up to 3,000 bar can be generated. It is operated on a support arm PC.
