Our Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Ham “Premium Reserve” is a jewel of nature. It is an Acorn-fed Ham from our 100% pure Iberian pigs, raised in freedom and fed on acorn during the acorn season (Montanera) on the farms of our property. These pigs have enjoyed an area of one thousand hectares where they have been able to exercise and feed exclusively on acorns and grass during two seasons. With an oleic acid content of more than 56% and a slow curing process in our best granite cellar, under the supervision of our hams masters, during more than 48 months of dedication and delivery, we have achieved that each of these 300 pieces be a work of art and a gift for the senses. In addition, we provide our “Premium Reserve” Ham with a QR code from which you can access the traceability and properties file of each piece.
