​Unlike other technologies waterjet cutting is a cold-cutting process that can cut almost any material. It also provides a high-quality solution in cases where other methods even if applicable, but are less effective. By using this technology the surface will not be harmed, - no hardening, no humping, no melting and no gas formation. Cutting certain materials e.g.- hard plastic, plastic-coated metals - waterjet cutting is almost the only applicable method - as it does not damage the surface.

We provide customized metal structure production service and contract work. We have a 2000 m2 workspace, dedicated for this kind of work, equipped with the latest, state of the art machinery, including drilling machines, welding machines, milling turning machines, polishing machine and so on. Our technicians are well trained professionals, with lots of experience behind them. ​We produce tailor made metal structures with finished surface.

Our company mainly deals with the construction of light-structured steel halls, agricultural and industrial plant halls, warehouse halls, unheated and temperable halls designed for individual needs, such as truck washing hall. Our halls are made of structural steel. The frame structure, cover, color depend on the customer's needs. We also offer both trapezoidal board and sandwich panel (red, foam, rock, wool) solutions. Upon request, we install doors and windows and undertake foundation. PI -Metál also undertakes refractory painting, nailing, sewerage, electrical and mechanical work on request from other companies, which a rise during the construction of the hall. In terms of dimensions, we undertake the construction of halls up to 4-1200 square meters. With the help of PI Metál’s modern machinery and technology, it is able to design and build the most up-to-date, precise halls, and we manufacture most of the elements ourselves.

​We provide tube bending service for components up to 2500 mm length and 5 mm thickness It is not CNC automated, we do this the traditional way relying on skills for precision.
