MS80 - MANUAL GLUE GUN WITH GRANULAR HOT MELTS The MS 80 glue gun works with granular hot melts without compressed air. Simply connect them to the socket – ready. Use the thermostatic controls to set the requested temperature between 20°C and 200°C and you always work with the optimum glue temperature. Pull the trigger to apply the melted granulate. The MS 80 has proven successful in practice over a long period of time.

New model for professional use with use of hot melt adhesives granulated or stick diam. 43 mm. and manual advancement (there is no need compressed air). The fusion system in closed tank allows to have in a few seconds a large amount of molten adhesive to a fast dispensing. The temperature is regulated by thermostat at bimetal strip, which ensures a particular strength and wear resistance. It also has a magnetic base that allows you to place it on metal surfaces. The containers are picked up by the in feed star wheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells. The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point. Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding. It’s in a class of its own: the smallest model in the wing.line® design series. Slim, black, blue and with a removable power plug. The device is able to process a stick without a power connection. Short-term applications outside or away from the workplace are now possible. The stand (removable) enables the gun to stand safely on the worktop. Without the stand, it can be used in places that are hard to reach. The illuminated on/off switch shows at a glance whether the device is switched on. 125 watts ensure that the operating temperature is quickly reached. The mounted 3.0 mm nozzle can be replaced if desired. Smaller and larger nozzle diameters are available on request.
