We prepare the PE film so that you can optimally further process it with or without corona treatment and on request with hot-needle perforation, a glossy or matt finish, as centre-folded film or with anti-static treatment. Integratable in the production line, only the inspection windows of the bags will be perforated. The neighbor areas of the inspection windows are left unperforated. The perforation holes are melted down with hot needle rollers of steel at high temperatures.

To meet the varied demands and wishes of our customers, we design and manufacture baguette trays specially adapted to the different baguette baking processes. With the right baguette tray, you have the ideal equipment for the complete production process, together with the security of consistent quality. All trays are also available with our proven "Proficoat" coatings. We will be happy to advise you on the optimum solution from our comprehensive range.

For the production of our perforated trays, we use only high-quality AlMn and AlMg3 aluminium alloys. These guarantee extreme stability of the tray, even under extended use in the oven. The perforated trays 3-sides are available in two materia thicknesses. The borders of the trays with 1.5 mm thickness have an all-round rim for extra stability. The borders of the trays 2.0 mm thick are without rim. The thickness of the material guarantees adequate stability.

The noise reducer is a barrier devices that enhances the performances by virtue of sound wave propagation at the point of "diffraction". With the installation of the noise reducer it is possible, the acoustic result being equal, to reduce the barrier height thus obtaining a benefit in terms of visual impact. The elliptical noise reducer, thanks to its special geometrical configuration, can be installed on any type of barrier, reducing the sound pressure field behind the screen. The installation of the elliptical noise reducer guarantees an increase in the Insertion Loss value ranging between 1.7 and 4.4 dB(A) depending on the chosen reception in the barrier acoustic shadow area, and the testing method, the height being equal or adding the reducer, as certified by free field testing, in compliance with standard ISO 10847.
