High-Temperature insulating hose (HT hose) protects heat-conveying lines and prevents thermal damage to adjoining parts with a fiberglass and double-coated silicon rubber top layer. The HT hose is available as a self-contained or re-closable sleeve as well as a custom-made mat. The approximate surface temperature of the duct can be up to 500°C.

The cable channels feature a cover that can either be removed by lifting it upwards or pivoted open by up to 90° along the length of the channel. Order made easy. In addition to the pivoting cover, installers also value the optional plastic separating strips, which ensure that the individual hoses, signal lines and power cables in the cable channel can be easily separated and well structured. The separating strips also facilitate overhead assembly. When inserted in the cable channel, they prevent the installed cables and channels from falling out. The separating strips can be opened at any time to allow the installation of further cables. They are also available with mounting holes, which is a new feature for aluminium cable channels. These can be very quickly attached to a BLOCAN profile slot by means of a pivoting mounting clip. Here too, the RK Rose+Krieger product philosophy takes hold – connection without drilling! The hose can then be optionally ejected by a pneumatic ejector system into a collection tray for operator removal or for coiling by a winding machine. The driven conveyor automatically discharges parts to a collection tray for this purpose. Standart Prof ® Factory hoses for providing air and oxygen under pressure to welding machines and compressors. Two TPE layer with reinforcing threads and strengthened thickened shell, blue marker line. The hose retains elasticity up to -40°C and retains deformation resistance up tp 70°C. Maximum burst pressure is 5 MPa. Packing method: the hose is winded up in a coil, fixed by a fastening tape.

The special feature of the Metzner CCM 4: the circular cutting machine handles both wet and dry cutting. Depending on the type of cut, the CCM 4 is equipped with a water-cooling lubrication system or micro-knife moistening and preparation for suction. The standard model comes with an integrated discharge conveyor (800 mm length); application range both in-line and off-line. For tubes with suitable material properties the CCM 4 Gasket offers the possibility to cut flat gaskets with the circular knife. The G-Line XF 811 is the stainless-steel braided equivalent to the G-Line XF 910. The hose features a smooth bore, externally convoluted, carbon impregnated, anti-static PTFE liner, wrapped in a Stainless Steel braid. In addition to the 711 crimp and 4000 series crimp/draw swage fittings, the G-Line XF 811 hose can be assembled using 811 reusable fittings, without the need for specialist tooling.

The G-Line XF 910 is the lightest smoothbore hose in the Goodridge range. The hose features a smooth bore, externally convoluted, carbon impregnated, anti-static PTFE liner, wrapped in a super lightweight Aramid fibre braid. In addition to the 711 crimp and 4000 series crimp/draw swage fittings, the G-Line XF 910 hose can be assembled using 811 reusable fittings, without the need for specialist tooling.

Goodridge 811 series patented reusable fittings are designed for the G-Line XF-910 and XF-811 hoses. The 811 reusable fittings range can be assembled using basic hand tools.
