Milling on a 5-axis machine with product dimensions: X=7100mm Y=2400mm Z=1500mm within tolerance of +/-0.02mm. Products are measured using a 3D measuring probe. Machining simulations are done in MasterCam program. We process various materials such as aluminum, steel, and plastic. Milling on 3-axis machines with product dimensions: X=2000mm Y=1000mm Z=550mm within tolerance of +/-0.01mm. Product control is done via Ranishaw measuring system. The system allows for quick control, precise adjustment, and, above all, high quality. Milling on a horizontal milling-boring machine with product dimensions: X=2810mm Y=1920mm Z=2000mm within tolerance of +/-0.02mm. Processing combines milling and drilling on a machine with a rotary table measuring 1800x2000mm and a load capacity of 10 tons.

The SORALUCE KB-150-W series is a modern table-type horizontal boring machine for efficient multi-face machining of large and precision workpieces with weights of up to 40,000 kg. The heavy cast iron design and INA linear roller guide systems guarantee maximum stability and precision. The automatic milling head changing system provides exceptionally high flexibility thanks to the automatically lowering milling heads for machining at any angle. The Dörries CONTUMAT VC series, designed as a double column portal system, is ideal for larger swing diameters of 3,500 to 12,000 mm. The VC range combines all of the advantages of the VCE range with the ability to machine large scale components just as effectively. The positive construction properties of the smaller range are taken over here in correspondingly dimensioned main components. The range also provides high levels of flexibility by combining standard modules, providing the customer with a solution tailored to suit their individual needs. The closed portal construction of the double column vertical lathe guarantees high intrinsic rigidity, while the proven cast construction ensures excellent damping and thermostability.
