Our patented solution is an indispensable part of warehouse technology and has frequently proved itself in many areas, such as in high-bay warehouses, hazardous substance warehouses, cleanrooms, quarantine warehouses and conveying systems. These bolted aluminium pallets are outstandingly easy to maintain. Damaged parts, e.g. rungs, can be rapidly and conveniently replaced using conventional tools. Their great stability makes them ideal for use on roller conveyors and in high-rack warehouses. The aluminium pallets are resistant to temperature fluctuations and can be used in all weathers. Of course, they are also suitable for use with forklift trucks, are durable and corrosion-proof and have a load capacity of up to 1000 kg per pallet. The CR3 / CR3-5 industrial pallet with integrated reinforcement profiles is an all-rounder in the heavy-duty category and can be found in both pooling and internal logistics of many sectors. Thanks to its robust design and versatility it is ideally suited for high racking warehouses or on automated conveyor technology. Without steel profiles, the 3-runner CR3 and the five-runner CR3-5 are ideal for applications where high performance is crucial, but withouth the requirement for extreme load-bearing capacity. MULTI TIER MODULAR SHELVING SYSTEMS Multi tier Modular Shelving Systems offer frame system configurations for flexible bay-size adjustment. The high-rack store is primarily for linking board production with the downstream processing systems. Formatted raw-board stacks from board production and boards with papers for board lamination are stored intermediately in the high-rack store and delivered to the downstream systems as required. The high-rack store may be installed separately or combined with complete transport systems for connection to the production systems. Tailored to customer requirements, the high-rack store is designed with all the components needed for storage / removal and connection to the production facilities. Our goal: to achieve the best product in all forms through the optimum use of resources!
