The polyester high-performance fleece Cora®Deep has a fibre matrix of fine and very fine fibres. Compared to conventional fleeces, it also has a larger layer thickness. Due to the very large amount of "free pores" Cora®Deep achieved above-average dirt-holding capacity (depth filtration). The controlled thermal stabilisation of the high-performance nonwoven allows a classified separation of the particles (large, medium, fine). The Cora®Deep nonwovens are subjected to a novel surface treatment process in order to meet the increasing requirements for a minimum fibre release of filter fabrics: Glazing - a combination of flames and calendering. This means that even the finest particles (5μ, 2μ) are retained.

GMN offers a complete range of sizes, types and designs with its spindle ball bearings in standard sizes S, SM and KH. In conventionally oil-lubricated spindle bearings, lubricant is supplied through a lateral oil supply. GMN spindle bearing designs +A, +AB, +L and +LB provide direct oil supplies to the lubrication point through a bore in the outer ring. GMN spindle bearing designs +AG ensure the highest possible machine running times without complex oil supply systems. These feed the lubricant directly into the lubricating point through holes in the outer ring. The developed high-performance, separable BNT and BHT designs ensure fast and uncomplicated handling, especially with regard to assembly and maintenance.

The new generation of plastic welding machines of the OMEGA 4 series combines technical standards at the highest level with ease of use. Simple system operation is guaranteed with the multilingual touchscreen With this standard machine, even the most difficult welding tasks can be mastered reliably thanks to their performance and control and monitoring options. The S series is the standard version of the Omega. An ultrasonic high-performance generator and and a separate control with a larger touch panel are available. There are also 12 program memories available. The separate control also enables the process data to be read, the travel distance to be measured and greater connectivity.
