Lifting column Multilift II ESD – discharging voltages via the lifting column In the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing industry, electrostatic discharges can impair the function of components being assembled, or even destroy them. Special ESD assembly workstations are equipped with an antistatic finishing that prevents this from occurring. Until now, lifting columns for the height adjustment of workstations have prevented the safe dissipation of electrostatic discharges by interrupting the electric connection between the table and the foot frame. However, with the Multilift II ESD, RK Rose+Krieger has developed a patented electric height adjustment system that is able to dissipate voltages. This has been realised thanks to the design of the outer and inner profiles which are continuously in contact with one another.

With the 2-fold height-adjustable roof hook, the K2 system can be flexibly mounted on roofs with pantiles. The rails of the SolidRail system can be mounted in the elongated hole of the Vario 1 hook with an M10 hammer head screw. With the help of the L adapter, the Vario 2 roof hook is also compatible with the SingleRail rails

With the 1-way height-adjustable roof hook, the K2 system can be flexibly mounted on roofs with Coppo tiles. The rails of the SolidRail system can be mounted in the elongated hole of the Vario 1 hook with an M10 hammer head screw. With the help of the L adapter, the roof hook for Coppo tiles is also compatible with the SingleRail rails.
