Open wire heating elements are the best solution for air heating when used in fans. Because of our longlasting experience in this field, we can offer you a series construction in most cases. To use our open wire or coil heating elements in air, the installation of a cut-out is necessary (heat accumulation). The connection is done by a plug at the element (Faston 4,8 or 6,3) or by a cord set. Our extended range of air heater variants comprises: -> Heaters for Laundry Dryers (series & spare parts types) -> Heaters for Cross Flow Fan -> Heaters for Powerful Radial Blowers -> Heating Crosses & Special Designs Various special designs for airflow heating, deploying heater spirals on insulating mica support, are available. They are required when the available space for installation is limited and defined geometrical air ducts do not exist. All special open wire heaters are individual designs, i.e. custom-made.

Being a powerful rapid heater, the compact TDS 20 M is ideally suited for quickly heating cold rooms in the time between seasons or on particularly cold days. Whether for use in a workshop, in living or working spaces – the combination of robust workmanship and discreet design leaves a good impression in every environment. And the thermally insulated carrying handle makes it easy to transport the device from one site of application to the next. Instead of heating wire technology, the TDS 20 M uses an advanced PTC ceramic heating element for heating the air. Advantages of PTC as compared to heating wires: longer lifetime, less sensitive technology, shorter heat-up times, process-related overheating protection – and no burning of dust during heating, which additionally makes this ceramic heater suitable for allergy sufferers.

CERAMIC FAN HEATER TDS 10 MQuick, effective and draught-free warmth without burning dust The small ceramic fan heater is not only the ideal heating solution for allergy-sufferers to be used in living and work spaces. For, generally speaking, electric heaters are excellently suited for use in closed interior spaces, as they neither consume oxygen nor produce any combustion gases. The ceramic fan heater TDS 10 M still outweighs this commonly known advantage of electric heaters, for it is equipped with a PTC ceramic heating element instead of heating wires. We are using CNC - technology for the laying of thin and insulated heating wires on a variety of carrier materials in order to manufacture all kinds of heating elements. We can work up to sizes of 2 x 2 m, and we can realize medium series (500 - 10.000pcs.) as well as high volume productions (up to 1 million pcs.). All voltages from 3,7V up to 480V are possible. Aramid fibers are suitable for very demanding applications and they are widely used in the firefighting industry (manufacturing of firefighters’ clothing) because of their flame retardant properties. Aramid is not only fireproof, the aramid fibers also have a high tensile strength, which is why they are often used for bulletproof vests (military and police) or for armoring selected emergency vehicles. A special property of aramid nonwovens is its good thermal insulation. The laid heating wire creates a very high heat output, which is insulated by the nonwoven. Aramid has a high heat resistance, which is an enormous advantage since laying the heating wire generates a very high heat output which is further enhanced by the insulation provided by the aramid nonwoven carrier. In addition, the nonwoven is either not combustible or flame retardant and can be used for a temperature ranges of up to 200°C.

Occasionally also these terms are used for cartridge heates: heating cartridge, insertion heaters, spiral cartridge heaters. As a rule cartridge heaters consist of a cylindrical stainless steel tube and thus provide a high corrosion prevention. There is a heating wire inside which is wound onto a ceramic core. The number of coils varies depending on the power. In order to avoid a short-circuit, the cartridge heater is filled with magnesium oxide and compressed afterwards. Highly compacted they reach a surface watt density of up to 50 W/cm² and withstand highest stress. In the plastics industry cartridge heaters are used in hot runners in order to temper thermoplasts during injection moulding processes. Other areas of applications for process heat are e. g. packaging, diecasting or continuous casting in which zinc or aluminium are processed. Further applications are to be found in mechanical as well as medical and laboratory engineering.

CSN® copper and nickel are temperatureresistant connecting cables for internal wiring of electric household appliances such as hotplates, glass ceramic plates, grill appliances or storage heaters. In industrial applications CSN® Cables are preferably used for the wiring of heating elements, heating cartridges, tubular heaters, panel heaters, and quartz radiators. We manufacture these singlecore cables in cross sections up to 6 mm². Owing to their high temperature resistance up to 250 °C in the case of glass silk insulation and 600 °C in the case of mineral fibre insulation, these connecting cables meet the most demanding requirements.

Spiral cables and cords axospiral® can be used for any electrical connection involving portable devices and moving equipment where flexing would cause damage to conventional wire and cable constructions. Axospiral composite cables have many advantages : flexibility, space saving, resistance to heat, chemicals, solvents. Axospiral wires and cables insulated with FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PFA, polyimide, vitax™, PU, ... dependent on the application. They can be overmoulded or terminated with different types of connectors. Axopiral composite cables and cords can be used for various applications: medical instrumentation, computer printers, robotics, test equipment.

EUROLINIA infrared industrial tunnel ovens are designed to rapidly and uniformly heat the surface of cables, wires, polymer pipes and tubes, dry fiber optics and etc. in batch or continuous conveyor production using targeted high-intensity infrared radiation. High efficiency is achieved by concentrating high-intensity infrared radiation and by using a circular reflector that efficiently distributes radiant energy inside the heating chamber. Additional efficiency is gained by installing three-level thermal protection. EUROLINIA tunnels have modular structure: one heating section is 2 meters long, you can connect up to 8 sections in one production line. Maxumum temperarature in the tunnel can reach up to 700C. Tunnels can have multiple separate heating zones and can be equiped with a conveyor. To ensure high-quality, high-precision surface heating, industrial tunnel ovens are also equipped with an automatic heating control system (APCS).
