In dusty environments, we recommend the use of filter mats. This makes the units easier to clean. The filter will need to be replaced at regular intervals, depending on the level of contamination. Rittal cooling units are low-maintenance and are supplied without filter mats. Filter mats may be used for extreme conditions. With our HPT heat pump test bench you can simulate humidity as well as temperature. The test stand is used for functional testing of air-to-water heat pumps according to DIN EN 14511. Current test systems on the market, which are used to test e.g. air-to-water heat pumps, are climatic chambers with a cooling, heating and humidification unit fixed to the roof. The disadvantage of this concept is that it is not possible to set a homogeneous temperature and humidity distribution in the cube-shaped room. Based on test engineering concepts in the automotive industry, EP-E developed a concept in which the air flows in a closed loop (loop design). The HPT heat pump test stand is a closed-loop test stand for functional testing of air-to-water heat pumps according to DIN EN 14511. The advantageous closed-loop design uses an insulated chamber with conditioning units for temperature and humidity outside the chamber.

Installing an air source heat pump is one of the best routes to savings with amazing returns for home and building owners. For every 1kWh of energy consumed the heat pump can produce up to 5kWh of thermal energy. The TermoPlus® air-source heat pumps require a combination of two units – an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit can either be a Hydrobox, which provides heating only, or a Hydrotank which produces both heating and domestic hot water (for showering, dishwashing etc.). The TermoPlus® air source heat pump range is designed to work with Mitsubishi outdoor units that provide both heating and cooling: either a Power Inverter unit or a Zubadan unit. The main difference between the two is that the Zubadan can operate in colder environments than the Power Inverter.

Wide range capacity liquid cooled condensing units, designed for commercial and industrial applications with the cooling capacity from10 kW to 40 kW. These units work on a principle of the heat rejection loop, where condenser heat is dissipated to the environment via water. Rejected heat can be used for additional needs in the same building, which gives these facilities additional economic benefits. These units provide an economical, compact alternative to traditional air-cooled condensing units. Built on an open welded frame with bent profile and powder coating, these condensing units carry a plate heat exchanger. Can be assembled with 1 to 4 reciprocating or scroll compressors with crankcase heater, a liquid receiver, refrigerant filters and a sight glass. Safety valve and pressure switches are added to increase the security of the unit.
