OIL HEATER FAN IDE 80Our most powerful indirect oil heating fan IDE 80 is our recommendation for construction sites, halls, agriculture and workshops! So much hot air for so little money — this is the successful concept of the IDE series which also applies to its currently largest member. The oil heater fan IDE 80 has a heating capacity of 80 kW setting new standards for its own class as well as for heating at construction sites, in workshops and halls as well as in agriculture. The optional flue gas discharge allows flexible use of the indirect-fired oil heater fan IDE 80 for heating enclosed spaces. The IDE 80 is then fired with diesel or fuel oil. Continuous fuel supply to the stainless steel combustion chamber is regulated by means of a high-quality Danfoss injection pump. Among the further assets are the easily accessible, external fuel filter as well as the possibility to easily read the remaining fuel volume at the filling level indication integrated in the tank.

TEXTALU® E is a thin wall glass fibre braid made of glass fibres with heat-reflecting aluminium coating. Its reflecting surface guarantees that the protective sleeve made of this high-performance material maintains a nearly constant interior temperature even under strongly fluctuating ambient temperatures. This non-ductile braid sleeve is ideal for protecting lines, cables and cable sets against radiation heat.

The induction generator module is designed to supply up to 6 induction coils (inductors) with a power of up to 3 kW each. The device operates on the three-phase mains with a voltage of up to 400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The mains current is rectified and fed to the DC link, from which the inductors are individually supplied. The output power is controlled via the Kendrion controller of the modular industrial heating system. The setting range from 0% to 100% can be selected individually for each channel. By using state-of-the-art semiconductor switches, the output stages achieve high efficiencies, at working frequencies up to 25 kHz.

Heating and cooling presses are independent and operated by separate hydraulic system. A low pressure pump is used to lift the platen at a quick speed, while a high pressure pump is used to keep the heating and cooling presses at a high pressure. Heating and cooling presses are built from two solid welded frames, with all platens securely guided, allowing for a tremendously high rigidity of construction and thus , excellent parallelism of platens. This eliminates the undesirable effects of heat expansion. The pressure settings at the different stages of heating and cooling are programmable. High precision temperature control ( 1.5℃) is achieved through excellent circulation and monitoring of thermal heating oil. Manual transfer the material cassette from table stand to stand by stand. Uniform application of pressure thereby avoids discoloration. The heating temperature is evenly and accurately distributed across the total hot platen area.
