Open wire heating elements are the best solution for air heating when used in fans. Because of our longlasting experience in this field, we can offer you a series construction in most cases. To use our open wire or coil heating elements in air, the installation of a cut-out is necessary (heat accumulation). The connection is done by a plug at the element (Faston 4,8 or 6,3) or by a cord set. A lockable filter in the circulating medium return line is a standard installation; another installed feature is an expansion vessel with a cold oil container for reliable prevention of damage by oxidation due to oxygen accumulation in the heat carrier.

The BTU meter RH33 is used in applications with liquid energy carriers.It calculates the thermal energy of water acc. to EN1434, glycol/water mixtures or other fluids such as thermal oils. Temperature sensor matching using calibrated temperature sensors is done in the device. Potential for cost savings can be shown by using the software available as an accessory. The device has a custody transfer approval and allows bi-directional measurement, e.g. charging/discharging of a heat accumulator.

Fan filter units are used for enclosure climate control to dissipate heat from within the enclosure to prevent the premature failure of the equipment inside it. It helps to increase an operational reliability and a service life for electrical and electronic systems. Filter fans will cool enclosures to a level slightly above the ambient temperature outside the cabinet. To cool enclosure contents, the fans draw filtered ambient air into the cabinet. At the same time, the heated air within the cabinet is blown out an exhaust. The exhaust is also filtered which creates airflow resistance and a slightly higher pressure inside the enclosure.
