These are applications that include precautions taken against possible water leaks under the raised floor. It is applied by mounting the aluminum (L) profile material to the ground with steel dowels or screws and sealing it with materials such as silicone.

Multi-purpose ceiling opening pallet doors are made of steel material. Parking entrances, Garage Entrances and Service entrances etc. It is an ideal system for motorized and manual use. The 510 mm panels that make up the door are connected to each other with Galvanized steel, panel color electrostatic painted steel or stainless steel (Optional) hinges. Panels with a thickness of 40-42 mm and a thermal coefficient of 0.78 W/m2K are composed of two steel, aluminum or stainless steel plates filled with polyurethane foam of 40 kg/m3 density. There is a polyurethane filling inside the panel, which increases the wind resistance and heat insulation. Thanks to EPDM gaskets, high insulation is provided on the sides, bottom and top, against rain and wind. The doors, which are balanced with the spring system, can be easily opened and closed manually without the need for a motor. The doors have a safety system (optional) against spring breaks (Optional) and rope throws.

Flat and Tapered Beam Torque Wrenches The error proofing industry started with a deflecting beam wrench built and sold by Paul A. Sturtevant. That was 1924. Highly accurate, very easy to use, and so durable they often last for decades - and decades! The special alloy steel beam is ground to a rate of deflection with the use of dead weights, rather than a dimensional tolerance. This process is time consuming and very labor intensive, but the result is a tool that remains accurate as long as the beam is intact and the pointer is on zero under no-load condition. The flat shape of the beam insures the wrench remains at a right angle to the fastener, reducing or eliminating side-loading error. This unique taper-grinding distributes stress evenly along the entire length of the beam, extending tool life indefinitely. With a minimum of moving parts, these tools are virtually repair and maintenance free.

The winch with crank allows to lift the load with minimum effort and through the automatic brake can block the ascent at any point of lifting. The descent of the load can only occur if the operator acts on the winch intentionally and causes the gradual descent.
