Ceramic coated injector blade in stainless steel for plastic film manufacturing. The fine structure enables the coating to protect the edge as long as possible. Martor 614 no longer exists, but Sollex manufactures blade 950, which is exactly the same blade in the same steel. The blade is unusual because it is sharpened on the two short sides. The Martor 614 knife blade thus has two edges but is only sharpened with one-sided double bevel grinding. This model is well suited for efficient, economical processing of circular workpieces via surface and step grinding operations. There is no lost time through deceleration, acceleration and reversal as with conventional reciprocation grinding. The grinding wheel remains in contact with the workpiece throughout the grinding process. Single workpieces can be located centrically on the table while multiple workpieces can be located concetrically to optimize table space utilization. A tilting table option allows grinding of chamfers or blade edges (i.e. circular blades), where the table can be tilted +/- 5 degrees. The high-precision rotary table is belt driven. This machine is offered with the xpressCube SPS controls package. A software option is available for step grinding operations. The KSM 125 and KSM 130 edge grinding machines are designed for deburring and edge cutting of small to big workpieces starting with a thickness of 2 mm. The chamfer is scrubbed and finished in one step with our two-zone grinding disc. The chamfer setting is made by opening / closing the prism. This is used effectively and efficiently through the axial adjustable corundum grinding disc. The KSM 125 has an integrated extraction socket for connection to an extraction system. A water cooler is installed in the KSM 130. The machines are equipped with hardened and polished guide rails. Hardened workpieces and HSS materials can be processed p to 5mmx45° in multiple steps. For longer workpieces or serial part production, we recommend optimizing the feed unit with pressing pressure, surface quality, feed speed and service life of tools. The machines can be installed on an undercarriage for flexible use in a workshop.

BKE 550 is a table or permanent device for extremely fast, double-sided deburring of sheet parts from all metals (including stainless steel), up to approx. 5 mm sheet-metal thickness, in a single step. The BKE 550 sheet deburring machine is for the highest demands in effective, fast and safe deburring. The double-sided deburring of sheets is guaranteed through the machine construction with two finned grounding wheels, which are installed directly on motor shafts that run opposite. Smaller and handy workpieces can be placed and processed with a horizontal table. Large metal sheets and strips can also be deburred with a vertical table. The deburring grinding machine is a manually operated, user-friendly deburring machine that is suitable for various machining processes such as grinding, deburring, edge rounding and polishing of metal surfaces. The swivel arm can rotate 180° and enables the simultaneous mounting of two machining discs. The machine is equipped with a vacuum system that fixes the workpiece on the table.
