In addition, the plates made of natural graphite convince for their enormous stability and high resistance to temperature fluctuations. The graphite sheets can be ordered in different versions so that the perfect items are available for every application: For example, you can choose from models without steel reinforcement, with plain steel inserts and tanged stainless steel reinforcement. All graphite gaskets from our company are convenient for the targeted interaction between a high quality standard and improved health protection: you can order asbestos-free graphite sheets and many other types directly from us at a reasonable price.

Gambit offers a wide range of high quality fl ange gaskets, meeting various requirements. Different types of fl anges and different chains of dimensions are applied. For fl anges defi ned this way Gambit Lubawka Sp. z o.o. manufactures gaskets according to appropriate norms describing construction and sizes of gaskets. Numbers of these norms are referred to in description of individual types of gaskets. We also manufacture gaskets beyond the chains of dimensions, according to requirements defi ned by a customer. Graf-Flex-SP2 seals The Graf-Flex-SP-2 seal is a pointed sheet seal produced by a special process. The design of the seal is based on empirical values. Numerous tests have been carried out to verify the adhesion between the pointed sheet and the graphite coating as well as the surface quality, and thus the adhesion between the coating and the flange surface.The first phase of these tests led to special perforation of the carrier plate in terms of the geometric shape of the hole and hole distribution. The second phase took account of the adhesion of the seal to the surface of the flange and defined the surface quality of the graphite material. The values found in this way were transferred to the mass production process using a special procedure. . This consisted of a specially produced perforated roller for penetrating the sheet together with a special surface roller. Finally, the graphite coating is applied to the defined surface in the calendering process.
