We provide stainless steel sandblasting and grinding services to obtain smooth and clean metal surfaces. The stainless steel sandblasting procedure is environmentally friendly and highly efficient. For finishing metal surfaces, Profinox provides glass sandblasting services – a procedure that does not contaminate surfaces with iron. This consists in propelling glass granules in the form of a jet at very high speeds directly onto the surface of metal parts. Glass lamination is a combination of two or more glass sheets with one or more interlayers of plastic foils (PVB).

Performing two operations for the glass sheet: tempering and bending.

Thermal treatment ot the glass.

Glass is painted according various RAL or NCS color palettes.

Glass is painted in silpkrinting way, using a special silk pattern.

Holes or cutouts in the glass can be made using the diamond drills from both sides of the glass sheet.

According individual specifications glass is cutted from large size glass sheets.

As a special service, we offer glass tubes and cylinders with calibrated inside diameters. Hereby, a special tool is used to bring the internal diameter precisely to the desired shape and dimension. Apart from the standard circular shape, the tubes can also be square or conical. Moreover, the outer tube diameter can be calibrated by means of cylindrical grinding. This grinding procedure results in a matt outer surface, which can be corrected by subsequent “technical polishing”.
