Parts are made to custom design from drawings, from very small quantities to industrial mass application, in a wide range. We work with steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminium wire and can also implement your surface requirements.

Bent wire parts represent a separate part of our production range. Bent parts differ from springs such as extension springs, compression springs and wave springs in terms of how they are produced. This type of spring is not only processed with automated machinery, but also involves a considerable amount of special handling, which we perform using our range of state-of-the-art equipment. Precision production with our high-tech machinery: Our range of machinery with an in-house toolmaking workshop enables three-dimensional bent parts to be produced with a wide variety of forms and with specialised finishes applied to the ends. Our range of machining processes includes: Bevelling, embossing, thread cutting, thread rolling, turning and milling. For bent wire parts, both CNC bending and mould-based bending are possible as production solutions.We process wire thicknesses of 0.20 to 8.00mm.Tool-based: 0.50 to 8.00 mm. Coating of part surfaces: Oiling, Vibratory finishing, Galvanisation.

We employ welding robots to join complex metal wire parts made of steel or aluminium to form an assembly. This in turn leads to complex bent wire components for the automotive industry, such as brackets for cushioning frames, and eyelet fastenings.

In our new production space, we have at our disposal 30 state-of-the-art automated punching & bending machines. In addition to bent wire parts, we also produce bent strip parts here. Production to order with complex forming: Bent strip parts are produced from a broad range of materials, including for instance stainless steel, alloyed or carbon steel, brass, copper, bronze, or even K55 or K75, a specially alloyed steel. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with a strip thickness of 0.15 to 3.00 mm and with a strip width of up to 120 mm; the strip thickness will be dependent on the material. Strip materials: Carbon steels, Stainless steels, Cold-rolled strips, Slit strips. Non-ferrous strips: Brass, Copper,Bronze,Special alloys such as K55 or K75. Strip coatings: Tin-plated, Galvanised, Silver-plated, Gold-plated, Painted, Partial coatings, Special coatings on request.

Filter belts are used for a continuous filtration of polymer melt. These filter belts, but also wire mesh pre-cut parts, are manufactured in various dimensions and weaves. For high demands the fabrics are available with high tenacity warp wires. Technical information The AM 04 is an electropneumatically driven, modular stripper crimper for the efficient processing of loose, insulated Z+F ferrules. The stripper crimper can be converted using appropriate set-up parts for wire end ferrules with cross sections from 4mm2 to 10 mm2 (AWG 12 - 8) and crimping lengths from 8mm to 18mm. Specification For defining required tools the correct specification of the processed ferrules as well as the processed wires are needed.
