Walnut shell abrasive type WIWOX® WA is a soft granulate and belongs to the organic abrasives. It is produced crushing, washing and sieving the walnut shells. Walnut granules are particularly suitable for the gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces.

Because we use our own extrusion lines we are in a position to produce polystyrene sheets in a maximum width of 1200 mm and theoretically in an infinite length in high-gloss decorative finishes, timber designs or metal decors. The thickness of the sheets can be selected within the range 0.8 mm - 4.0 mm in 0.1 mm increments. All the decorative sheets are film-protected and can be corona-treated on the reverse. The corona coating serves as a bonding agent to facilitate pressure-bonding of the decorative sheets.

From one ton walnuts 500 l walnut oil can be produced. The walnut tree can reach a height up to 30 meters. Its origin is in Persia. From Asia to Europe it has spread worldwide. The walnuts grow a green skin at the beginning, that becomes a woody, stone-hard skin during the curing process. Inside of the fruit lays its seed. Walnut oil is very rich in linoleic acid, which has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids. Natural vitamin E is a further component.
