KIRSCH Kunststofftechnik has specialised in lasering transparent or coloured plastics like acrylic glass, up to a maximum thickness of 20 mm. The advantage when cutting is a shiny edge which does not need to be polished afterwards. We are offering a variable processing size up to 2000 x 1500 mm. Following individual arrangements we are also able to process other plastics. Our laser can be programmed using common files, making your ideas and wishes nearly limitless.

KIRSCH Kunststofftechnik specialises in (re)shaping transparent plastics with high optical quality. In our 4 different forming-furnaces we can process panels and components up to 3000 x 2000 mm of size. Special filtration technology, cleanness and experience contribute to form the transparent panels without dust inclusions. Our furnaces are equipped with modern controls to target individually required heating and cooling curves for each plastic. Thus, we can achieve not only an exact temperature during forming, but also control the cooling process accordingly to accomplish a nearly distortionless plastic. We can process plastics two-dimensional, as well as three-dimensional.

BIEGLO offers high temperature resistant and flame retardant fibers. The application is similiar to meta-aramid, but PI fibers have its own advantages. The long-term service temperature is 260℃. The decomposition temperature is 560℃. The LOI is 38%, it means it is non-flameble fiber. The Dexnyl Polyimide fibers are applicable in many products, but they are used best in niche-applications with extreme standards for the material: 1- FR Protective clothing: e.g. military fligth clothing, flame resistand underwear, firefighter uniform etc. 2- High temperature filtration and industrial insulation: e.g. dedusting filtration for cement factories, steel or powder plants, air filtration for painting area operated at more than 300°C . 3- Composite material: taking advantage of insulation, flame retardance and high emperature resistance, chopped fiber can be used as reinforced material.

Sustainability is an important part of BIEGLO GmbH where we assist our customers to get rid of the scrap their processing produces, try to support the environment and foster the economic sustainability. Based on the specialization of our company, we focus only on high performance polymers; especially PEEK. We collect scraps and meet our recycling partners needs. We have a wide range of PEEK scraps in differnt forms, such as shavings, regrind and small parts. If you are interested in buying those scraps, please do not hesitate to contact us. On the other hand, if you have PEEK scraps that you want to sell, kindly send us the details of the material.

The Dexnyl PEEK filaments of BIEGLO is a high performance product made by melt spinning. Semicrystalline PEEK has high tensile strength, it is exceptionally resistant to chemicals and can withstand extreme temperatures. These features ensure a longer product life, lower maintenance costs, less machine downtime and wider material design options compared to steel or aluminum parts. PEEK filaments can be used very well for 3D printing. Printing with PEEK requires 360 ° C to 380 ° C. So far, only specially modified 3D printers are able to achieve this heat. Sliced woven and/or unidirectional fibers significantly reinforce matrix material and are a popular additive for composites. PEEK filaments are also used on musical instruments, rackets and wide or narrow woven straps, filtration mesh fabrics and sewing threads. Due to their low weight and high temperature resistance, PEEK filaments are popular in many other industies, such as automotive and aerospace industries.
