BIEGLO can offer PEEK powders in various viscosities. It can be used for a variety of applications: semi-finished product extrusion, injection molding, compounding, filament and film extrusion, coatings. Our CoPEEK 012P is a high viscous, unreinforced PEEK for extrusion and injection molding, thus it is the standard type for the production of semi-finished products. CoPEEK 021P is medium viscous, unreinforced PEEK for injection molding. But it can also be extruded for the production of films and filaments. CoPEEK 085P is low viscous, unreinforced PEEK for the extrusion of films and filaments. It is also used as the basis for compounds and composites. Our CoPEEK can be processed on machines for thermoplastics without any problems. We recommend a processing temperature of 360 °C to 380 °C. BIEGLO CoPEEK is ISO 10993 certified for medical applications and also has FDA certification.

BIEGLO offers polyimide powders for various processes. The Dexnyl PI powder is available in two different particle sizes. Our Dexnyl PI Powder 100P_19 suitable for compounding and compression molding application and our Dexnyl PI Powder 260_19 is suitable for producing compression molded and direct formed parts. The range of products that can be produced from our polyimide (PI) is only limited by the processing machines. Polyimide powder can be processed by hot compression molding, direct forming, iso-static compression molding or it can be compounded with other materials as an additive. Polyimide powder is often compounded with PTFE to increase certain properties of the PTFE.

BIEGLO offers injection molded or machined PEEK screws that can perfectly replace metal screws. Our PEEK screws are applied to imrove the chemical resistance without loosing too much of the mechanical strength. Besides stock made screws, BIEGLO offers custom made screws based on our customers requirements.

BIEGLO offers PEEK micro-mold parts up to 12mm in the largest dimension. Our smallest part to date is roughly 800µm x 300µm x 380µm and the thin wall section near 0.1mm. The feature aspect ratios around 6:1. In addition, the part volume 0.08 cm3 or less, the gate size as small as Ø0.1mm and the ejector pins as small as Ø 0.254mm. PEEK micro-mold parts must have a gate and ejection location consideration and the material selection can greatly affect the fill and definition of features.

BIEGLO offers finished or semi-finished parts directly formed from polyimide powder with all the attributes of sintered PI. The advantage of direct formed parts are the lower costs as quantitiy is increasing. Due to almost zero percent waste during production it can be a more economic production method. Machined parts are widely used for small series high precision applications. Polyimide direct formed parts can be used in different applications: Automotive industry: racing engine fuel line. Jet engine: vane bushing or lock nut insert. Industrial machinery: hotrunner systems nozzles or plasma cutting torch as gas distributers or sealing components. Semicon HDPCVD Equipment: e.g. heater coil spacer. Life sciences: rotor seal or pneumatic surgical tool vane.

With our delivery program “Screws for direct screwing” we deliver a great variety of thread rolling screws in different implementations. In doing so we realize small lot sizes and short-term delivery dates. Upon request we also introduce customer-oriented warehousing also in your company. Apart from the many advantages you can save time and money. Tapping screws: longitudinal slot, cross slot, cross-head-combination slot or 6-star (similar Torx). DIN 7981, 7982, 7983 or to the new ISO standards; special tip-styles, e.g. with with pressed washer. Combination screws with undetachably washers: According to DIN 6901. Micaceous iron oxide (Fe2O3) is a pure, natural product in the oxide class of minerals. Its hardness according to Mohs is 6.0 to 6.5, with a density of 4.8g/cm³. In addition to standard types for heavy-duty corrosion protection, newly developed product types especially well suited for thin-film corrosion protection and also as a zinc dust replacement are available. For the ceramics and plastics industry, we supply micaceous iron oxide as a metallic effect pigment in very coarse, narrow grain size ranges.
