Identbase GmbH is a certified repair center for all major manufacturers of card printing systems. Our technical specialists are trained directly by the manufacturers of plastic card printers in order to always meet the constantly growing technological requirements of the printing systems with the necessary competence. These certifications allow us to carry out all warranty repairs on behalf of the manufacturers. Incoming defective devices can usually be shipped again within a day, so that the downtime for the customer is kept very low.

We carry traditional and cloud-based software for creating your ID badges, as well as software for registering visitors, and more. All software's we carry are compatible with all Photo ID Card printer brands.

Our Identification Accessories such as Lanyards, Card holders and Clips are available in different sizes and colours.

We have printed plastic cards for a wide range of uses with the most popular being gift cards, hotel key cards, membership cards, ID cards / drivers’ licenses, security badges, loyalty cards, business cards, VIP cards and many more. Our most popular printed plastic cards are ISO standard CR-80, 30 mil thickness. Our cards are offset printed on both sides in 4 colours.
