ROTAWELD is our platform to cover a wide range of applications requiring circumferential seam welding. The precision servomotor rotation axis combined with our advanced control system form the basis for the production of accurate and repeatable circumferential seam welds. Machine sizes, part holders, welding equipment, torch holders and any additional positional axes are designed specific to the customer and their products.

LIPP welded tanks are erected using the LIPP Welding Technology, a unique method of construction enabled by a custom automated rig designed and manufactured by LIPP. This procedure can claim a number of advantages over other traditional welding methods. Firstly, the unique steel profile increases stability and so reduces material costs at the same time. Secondly, the automated endless tape process continually welds layers below in a rotational cycle and reduces the number of on site workers. LIPP Welding Technology enables welding both black steel and stainless steel of different grades, allowing numerous applications. LIPP aims to increase construction efficiency through the implementation of unique techniques and technology, ultimately benefiting customers via a cost effective system. The key facets for the construction of a LIPP storage system are automation, continuously variable tank dimensions, reduced space requirements for onsite construction and increased worker safety.

The BAROLI 05P enables a local displaying of values in applications, where high requirements on hygienic process connections and easy cleaning or sterilisability are requested. The filling medium is food compatible oil with FDA approval. The display housing is rotatable, thus ensuring an easy reading even under unfavorable mounting conditions. Additional functions as changing unit, displaying min / max values, calibrating of offset and span, as well as configuring the automatic switching-off complete the profile. The patented MicroGap control also allows for precise gap stabilization for this module concept and ensures uniform weld quality. The rotational weld module is particularly suited for gentle welding of fluffy or intermittently fed materials. The precise support technology of the ULTRASPIN module with the high concentric running precision of the rotary sonotrode ensures consistent product quality and high manufacturing speed.

Fixed 90° welding angle with two switchable and removable magnet modules that can be used separately as well. The A90 can be used for aligning heavy and larger steel plates with precision in a 90° angle. This magnetic welding angle can be used as an inside and outside angle. Magnet modules can be removed and used separately. A total of four versions can be chosen from, which are different in their holding forces. The angles can be set exactly using the engraved scales. The Boomer magnetic welding angles from Assfalg are available in 3 different sizes, which are different significantly in their holding forces.
