We can produce the parts you require using specific tools or on special-purpose machines. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with strip thicknesses of 0.10 to 3.00 and with strip widths of up to 100 mm – depending on the material used. The manufacturing processes that we offer include: Punching, forming, embedding, welding, bolting, riveting and mounting. We perform the assembly of small batches by hand, while larger volumes are performed automated if you so wish. Our hybrid sub-assembly production includes the over-moulding of punched parts made of wire or metal with a variety of plastics or silicones. In order to ensure that the desired braking element features optimum properties, we make use of both the temperature durability and the haptic advantages of silicone and the weight advantage of plastic when combining these materials in this fashion. Guide tube assemblies, a combination of springs and tubes, are part of the hybrid component portfolio.

Electrical Steel: rotor and stator sheets as full service Due to the growing demand for electrical steel, we have bundled our technological resources and expanded the production of pure sheet metal blanks to complete packages in stator and rotor sheets. We are therefore able to provide you, our customers the service of complete sheet metal stacks baked, laser-welded or punched packaged in the electrical steel sector. Due to our extremely thin cutting gap of just 0.07mm - as much as the diameter of a human hair - we are able to produce the smallest contours. The extreme power density at a max. laser power of 1,000 watts enable electrical sheets based on baked varnish technology with the lowest possible edge zone melting - burr-free. Everything 100% "Made in Germany" in packaged quality - usually tolerance class T7. Usual delivery times are approx. one week for cutted sheets, 2-3 weeks for baking or welding parts. The new handwelding gun model is characterized by greater flexibility in handling and application. One advantage, for example, is that the converter is no longer inextricably linked to the gun but can be easily replaced by the customer himself. In addition, it is now possible to turn the sonotrode and converter into the desired working position in just a few simple steps. Moreover, if the working frequency changes, only the converter has to be replaced. The practical ultrasonic handheld welding device is suitable for "mobile" welding of single applications with a straight grip (model HSGG). It is excellently suited for repair, postprocessing, small series production, and for manual workstations in applications such as ultrasonic welding, cutting, rivets, or punching. With its complete synthetic design, it is very light.

We offer PU sheets in the dimensions 3000 x 1000 mm and thicknesses from 1 to 50 mm. Of course, special dimensions are also possible. PU round bars are available in the dimensions 70 °, 80 ° or 90 ° Shore A, dimensions 8 200mm x 1000m. Intermediate sizes can also be requested here. In addition to the extensive range of semi finished products such as plates, round rods, hollow rods and spring elements, molded parts with and without metal are also included in the scope of delivery. Mechanical rework such as water jetting, milling, drilling, sawing, punching and welding offers flexible potential from individual parts to series production.
