We offer polymer ceramic component parts where plastic molding is required for complicated particle shapes and where the thermal stability of plastic is insufficient.

In the production of rubber grommets and rubber seals, we use tools with special coatings and tooling concepts that prevent the adhesion of rubber parts (including TPE, EPDM). With this protocol, we guarantee safe mass production.

For hightech accessories, we use materials such as Arnite, Grivory, Ryton, Ultem, and Ultrason (partially filled with up to 50% glass fiber). Furthermore, we are able to achieve the highest degree of precision both in concentricity and in measuring range, thanks to our tool concepts that provide for innovative cooling and for the use of innovative molding materials.

The INOX® Workshop Cleaner WS is a powerful universal cleaner, for all soiling in the workshop area. The cleaner is ideal for the removal of oil, grease and fat contamination, as well as for many other types of contamination. Due to its versatility, the cleaner concentrate can be used manually, mechanically and in HD equipment. The INOX Workshop Cleaner WS is biodegradable and does not attack rubber or plastic due to its material-friendly composition.

In coil coating, an organic coating is applied to the surface of a metal strip in a continuous process.
