Two channel premium pyrodetector detector on TO39 header for measurement of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6). The detector suits applications of industrial gas measurement or monitoring of insulation gases in the field of production and process engineering at ambient temperatures between -20 and 85 °C. With a CWL of 10540 ± 100 nm and a HBW of 690 ± 100 nm, the narrowband optical filter provides ideal values for precise analysis of the target gas. In addition, there comes a reference channel with the CWL: 5060 ± 25 as well as the HBW: 100 ± 15 nm. With a very high detectivity of up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W and sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W, the signal quality remains unique in this technology range. The detector features a broad spectral sensitivity 2 - 15 µm (optimized from 3 - 5 µm), a high sensitivity with a modulation frequency of up to 100 Hz, a low microphone effect due to the small membrane mass, very low temperature dependence and an amplified signal in current mode.

The MPS2SENS sulfur dioxide is matched by its filter windows to analyze sulfur dioxide (SO2) with a CWL of 7300 ± 50 nm and a HBW of 180 ± 20 nm (reference channel with CWL: 5060 ± 25 and HBW: 100 ± 15 nm). The detector stands out due to its high detectivity of up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W and a high sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W. The pyroelectric sensor features 2 chips with a thin film CPM membrane in the core. (CPM: Ceramic Pyroelectrical Material). Further important product properties for long-term use in demanding applications: wide spectral sensitivity 2 - 15 µm (optimized from 3 - 5 µm), high sensitivity with a modulation frequency of up to 100 Hz, low microphone effect due to the low membrane mass, very low temperature dependence, amplified signal in current mode. The MPS2SENS sulfur dioxide provides reliable readings in environments between -20 and 85 °C for NDIR gas measurement in aerospace, industry and environmental technology.

With SaveCost C, the parameterized hardness limit value is monitored in the range from 1 ppm to 18 ppm and the regeneration of the columns is triggered on the CLACK® control head if necessary. In addition to more operational safety, the softener generates up to 160% more soft water with less flushing water and salt. This also reduces operating costs by up to 60%. Monitoring and control is carried out on CLACK® control heads with the TWIN models; WS 1.0; WS 1.5; WS 2.0 and WS 3.0. With the integrated hardness sensor, the amount of soft water produced is monitored and forced regeneration is triggered when capacity is exhausted. The additional yield of soft water and the number of regenerations are displayed. In addition to the automatic self-monitoring, a chronological storage of operating data is integrated in the electronic operating diary (USB stick). A LAN data interface (Modbus) is available as an option.

Water hardness is influenced by changes in raw water, flow, pressure and bypass valve. The continuous monitoring of the water hardness behind a blending system with Softcontrol V-UE is therefore of great importance. The device monitors the limit value of the water hardness of blended water on a water softener approx. Every 30 seconds. The limit value can be parameterized in the range between 18 ppm and 360 ppm. The data is shown on the display, saved on the USB stick and output via a 4 to 20 mA current loop. The integrated ion-selective sensor works without the use of an indicator. Installation is simple, the limit value can be parameterized and the sensor, as the only common spare part, reports that it is easy to replace if necessary.

Softcontrol Data offers individual setting options and a clear presentation of the information on the display. The device is a comprehensive alarm system for upstream water softening systems with high safety requirements for the soft water quality. The limit values ​​for the water hardness can be set in the range from 1 ppm to 18 ppm based on the input water hardness. The measurement data and service messages are automatically saved in the readable, integrated USB stick and transmitted via a current loop and LAN interface with MODBUS / TCP. For increased operational and process reliability with the best user friendliness. A continuous measurement takes place approx. 2 times per minute as long as water is flowing. indicators are not used and an ion-selective sensor is used instead. This monitors itself and indicates the required exchange itself. This is usually the only maintenance on the device that has to be carried out around twice a year.

The measuring device Softcontrol Smart for monitoring the water hardness is small, compact and particularly simple for more security of your processes and without constant maintenance of the monitoring device. This compact solution can be installed on any water softener regardless of type and size. The hardness limit is continuously and reliably checked. If the limit value is exceeded, a brine alarm or service is required, an alarm is issued via potential-free contacts. The installation is very simple and does not require any parameterization. No indicators are required as an ion-selective sensor which is used for the measurement. This electrode is also the regular spare part, which can be easily changed without tools. Further maintenance work is generally not required. Process reliability is improved thanks to the integrated self-monitoring.

SALIS checks and alerts you immediately if there is a lack of salt or brine in the salt / brine tank of your softener. Routine controls can only be limited to the bare minimum. Easy and quick installation of the sensor in every softener with salt / brine storage. The evaluation unit is to be placed near the softener. Another external alarm, e.g. of the water softener, can optionally be connected and signaled. If the water softener is in the transmission / reception area of the WLAN, it is possible to receive the alarm conveniently via email. If there is no WiFi available on the softener, there is a potential-free contact in order to transmit the sensor's alarm by wire.
