In the production of rubber grommets and rubber seals, we use tools with special coatings and tooling concepts that prevent the adhesion of rubber parts (including TPE, EPDM). With this protocol, we guarantee safe mass production.

With its very high detectivity of up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W and a sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W, the 4-channel detector is the high end solution for demanding test applications. The detector is designed for the following gases: Water Vapor (H2O) (CWL: 6580 ± 40, HBW: ± 35 nm), Carbon Dioxide (CO2) (CWL: 4265 ± 25, HBW: 120 ± 10 nm) and alcoholic compounds (CWL: 9663 ± 80, HBW: 240 ± 40 nm). The precise measurement results are backed up by the reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm). The pyrodetector is suitable for test setups and teaching at ambient temperatures between -20 and 85 °C. The pyroelectric detector is characterized by the wide spectral sensitivity 2 - 15 µm (optimized from 3 - 5 µm), the high sensitivity with a modulation frequency up to 100 Hz. The low microphone effect due to the low membrane mass, the very low temperature dependence and amplified signal in current mode make the MPS4SENS TEST less sensitive to external interferences.
