The MicroSENS 180-HS is an NDIR sensor for measuring 5 vol.-% CO2 in cell incubators. So our diffusion sensor is indispensable for controlling ideal cell and tissue growth. The sensor head is placed in the incubation chamber to measure the gas concentration in the cell culture environment. Based on IR absorption of the gas molecules the sensor determines the concentration of CO2. Our CO2 gas sensor convinces with a high reliability and a long lifetime thanks to its specifically developed dual-beam IR method without drift and susceptibility to interference. The NDIR bundle CO2 is a set of perfectly matching components for the gas analysis of carbon dioxide and offers research teams, institutes and laboratories the right solution for the demand of short term required IR components in small volumes. Micro-Hybrid is combining a NAC-based IR emitter with reflector of the JSIR 350 series with the highly sensitive thermopile dual detector of the MTS 2 SENS series. The narrow band filter of the dual detector is optimized to absorb carbon dioxide (CWL: 4265 ± 25 nm / HBW: 120 ± 10 nm) and has an additional reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm). Designed for use in research projects in the fields of cell growth, plant cultivation or industrial gas measurement, our NDIR bundle CO2 provides developers with immediate results in gas analysis.

With its very high read-out rate of up to 100 Hz and a short response time, it provides precise measurement results reliably and quickly. The pyrodetector MPS2SENS carbon dioxide is based on 2 chips with a thin film CPM membrane. Thanks to the Ceramic Pyroelectrical Material (CPM) the detector features a very high detectivity of up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W and sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W. The signal quality of our pyroelectric sensors is unchallenged. The detector operates within ambient temperatures ranging from -20 to 85 °C and covers a wide range of applications: NDIR gas analysis, industrial process and exhaust gas measurement, and respiratory gas monitoring.

The NDIR emitter kit made by Micro-Hybrid is a set of the most frequently used IR-emitters of the JSIR 350 series and a CO2 IR-detector of the MTS 200 series ith this set you get a possibility to order smaller quantities available at short notice and evaluate our products or test different combinations of components in your measurement system.
