The idlers we offer are manufactured according to the latest automated design and production processes. The idlers from our range have the required quality and are particularly suitable for high continuous loads. For this purpose, special hardening techniques and heat treatments are used in production, which efficiently increase the wear resistance of the running surfaces. This was taken into account because wear resistance plays an essential role in the industrial sector due to the stress on the intervening components. When manufacturing the idlers, we rely exclusively on highquality seals and contemporary bearing designs to ensure high durability and reliability. Production is carried out according to current industry standards and meets even the highest requirements. The finished sorocket offers high wear resistance of the running surfaces even under extreme loads.

We provide you with sprockets of the highest quality. We provide you with the suitable cast steel sprockets that meet the customer’s requirements. Modern 3D CAD systems and the finite element method were used to develop the sprockets in our range. Areas on the sprockets that are exposed to increased loads in use have been reinforced accordingly. The result is sprockets that stand out due to their high durability and at the same time withstand high loads. To ensure the high quality of the drive wheels, strict quality controls are carried out both during and after production. In conclusion, the changeover with the original drive wheels is guaranteed. In our range we have a variety of different rubberised floor plates which can be used for earthmoving machines with a total weight of up to 25 tonnes. The rubberised floor pads (ChainOn) can be mounted directly on the carrier chain. You will also find bolton pads (BoltOn) and clipon pads (ClipOn), which only need to be fixed to the steel floor plates. We also have vulcanised rubber and polyurethane floor pads in our range. Pads for standard applications up to 25 tonnes are also part of the portfolio. In addition, we have rubberised floor plates as well as attachments for all types of asphalt machines from Caterpillar, Vogele, Wirtgen, Dynapac, Marini, Abg, Bitelli and many other brands in our range.

We offer highquality rubber tracks with high rubber track strength and resistance. The carcass of the rubber tracks is made up of highstrength chain links, which are given additional fixation by endlessly wound steel cables. In combination with the rubber compound, this results in the high durability of our chains. Thus, we can provide you with firstclass rubber chains that bring with them a number of advantages.

Our capacitors of the E12 and E33 series are universally-suited for lighting and motor applications as well as power factor correction and power electronics. Their winding element of self-healing polypropylene film is immersed in eco-friendly vegetable oil and designed for highest requirements regarding operational life and functional safety even at high operating temperatures and other extreme conditions such as high humidity. Connection is made through tab connectors. The hermetical aluminium can is provided with an integrated overpressure safety mechanism (break-action mechanism, " BAM ") that disconnects the capacitor irreversibly from the supply in the event of a failure. The E12/E33 ranges comply with the "Type B" classification under lighting standard IEC/EN61048 as well as with "Class P2" under motor capacitor standard IEC/EN 60252-1. Standard terminals: copper terminal lugs, optional with screw-terminal blocks or cables. Integrated reversible thermal switch for monitoring of the reactor and control of external disconnection in case of overheating. Our standard range covers 400V 50Hz up to 300A per phase.
