Weighing terminal iS25-Ex was specifically designed for simple weighing applications in hazardous areas. As with all our Ex models it is extremely reliable. It meets the demands of your production as safely as the requirements of the ATEX directive in Ex zones 1/21. The tolerance control integrated by default ensures precise results and can be easily operated: LED lights (red, yellow, green) indicate your staff the weighing results in a fast and clear manner. Tare values can be easily entered via the numeric keypad. Weighing data is directly and safely transferred to higher-ranking systems via interfaces.

The auger feeder series enables the volumetric dosing of powdery products with fine granulation, which can sometimes present problems of compactness, dust content and variable density, such as cocoa, curry and other "powdery" products. The various problems associated with processing the products are solved, starting with feeding the product through a hermetically sealed hopper equipped with a level sensor and a motorised agitator. The screw, made from a single solid mass, has an electronically controlled speed by means of a servo motor, which allows the use of acceleration and deceleration ramps that ensure an immediate screw stop, thus guaranteeing optimum dosing accuracy.

Volumetric cup fillers enable the volumetric dosing of granular products. They can be fitted to all models of vertical form fill and seal machines and are offered in two series: 6 cups or 12 cups. Both models are equipped with a feed hopper with controlled outlet, a product level sensor, a series of cups made of food-grade material, a fixed lower cup carrier and, in automatic mode, a height-adjustable upper cup carrier with cup level sensor. The product is unloaded by gravity at the inlet of the packaging machine and, for fine products, the unloading system is equipped with a flap that prevents the product from spilling.

Tecnimodern automatic counting and weighing machines allow you to count and weigh different parts such as screws, nuts, washers, parts (metal or plastic), dowels, small hardware, confectionery. SAVEOMAT COEX is a special application option for coextruded products. As precise feeding and exact mixing of the various material components is crucial in the production of pipes and fittings using the coextrusion process. Whether in the production of conventional PE-multi-layer pipes for reliable gas and water supply and wastewater disposal or in the marking of the pipes by coloured longitudinal stripes or colouring of the outer layer. Even when several extruders are used, the SAVEOMAT COEX application ensures a stable production process and a constant flow of material. The SOMOS® Gramix ExtremeDos dosing system is specially adapted for gravimetrically dosing regrind with very challenging flow behavior.

The SOMOS® Gramix FlakeDos dosing system is ideally suitable for gravimetrically dosing PET bottle flake (bulk density 250 to 600 g/l). The system can optimally and directly process the flakes without premixing.

SAVEOMAT Satellite is the innovative vacuum conveying system in which the suction capacity can be split as required. The valve technology on the vacuum manifold allows the power to be split between different material separators. A control of the applied vacuum ensures a constant vacuum during material conveying and guarantees a delay-free material supply. Complete extrusion lines or entire production halls can thus be supplied via a single or several vacuum generators connected in parallel. SAVEOMAT Liquid is the multi-component dosing station for the recipe-precise dosing of solid and liquid components. The use of silane and peroxide is especially applied in PEXa and PEXb pipe extrusion and cable production. Precise mixing of the raw material is achieved by combining a static and a dynamic mixer. An injection tube is integrated in the dynamic mixer, whereby the peroxide or silane is introduced and ensures uniform wetting. Thanks to its safety features, SAVEOMAT Liquid meets the highest safety requirements while allowing a wide range of recipes. SAVEOMAT P is a funnel weigher specialized for the blockage-free feeding of powder with a maximum chalk content of up to 20%. Thanks to the optimal hopper geometry, an enlarged inlet, turbine vibrators at the hopper inlet and the storage hopper outlet, material deposits and bridging are avoided. This ensures a stable production flow and a constant material flow with a consistent minimum weight per meter.
