ROJO float valve is a float-operated, mechanical plastic valve for automatic refilling of water storage tanks. All ROJO float valves can be mounted above or below the water surface. The ROJO is a good choice when a low flow rate is sufficient and the stainless design is an advantage. It should be emphasised that the valves have an automatic flow stop when disassembled for maintenance. The ROJO is also available as a low pressure model (HF models) with 60% more flow rate. All Jobe float valves come complete with float. We also carry the Compact ROJO variant, which has all the features of the ROJO even in small tanks.

The separable stainless steel probe LMP 308 is designed for the continually level measurement of water and thin fluids. In order to facilitate stock-keeping and mainten-ance the transmitter head is plugged to the cable assembly with a connector and can be changed easily. The BM26A-1000 is a magnetic level indicator (MLI) for basic liquid applications. The cost-effective level indicator is particularly suitable for continuous level measurement in water storage tanks, condensate receiver tanks as well as wash and surge tanks for fuels, lubricates, additives or similar chemicals. The level indicator features a rugged metallic design with the magnetic flaps housed in an IP68 rated, hermetically sealed glass tube. It provides a highly visible local level indication. There is absolutely no power supply needed. However, in applications with more advanced signal output requirements, the MLI can be easily equipped with optional reed switches or a reed-chain level transmitter providing analogue or digital output signals.

The LIPP® Large Thermal Storage Tank is a customized solution to effectively store excessive heat from biogas plants, biomass heating plants, solar plants or other heat sources. The carbon steel tanks are fabricated on site with the patented automated LIPP® Welding Technology. The horizontal welding process enables the infinitely variable production of tanks up to 6,000 m³ volume with horizontal welding only. The largevolume, above ground storage tanks are fitted with all necessary safety and operation equipment. Additional, individual components according to client’s specification can be considered. The roof and wall insulation is individually adapted to local conditions. The LIPP® Thermal Storage Tanks operate at atmospheric pressure, at a temperature of up to 95° C and are suitable for use with heating water. Speciality No additional nitrogen system necessary.

LIPP® Welded Tanks offer the ideal storage solution for a wide variety of media. Tanks are produced by means of an automated welding process specially developed by LIPP® and can be constructed individually in diameter in volumes of 50 to 10,000 m³ according to the application. LIPP® offers a corresponding selection of metallic materials suitable for use with storage media ranging from drinking water and foodstuffs to ethanol or oil. These materials range from a variety of different steel grades to highalloy stainless steels. The automated process meets the highest quality standards. LIPP® Welded Storage Tanks can be produced within a short time, either on site in the open air or inside a building.
