Our machinery enables great flexibility at constantly high throughput to recycle your plastic waste efficiently and recourse-saving with help of different recycling processes Currently we run two modular recycling lines for clean, single-polymer and thermoplastic waste. One shredding-grinding line for up to 6.000 tons yearly and one modular shredding-grinding-agglomeration line for up to 9.000 tons which enables parallel or in-line grinding and agglomeration. With those two lines we can process any plastic waste the optimal, resource-efficient way. Since the foundation in 1997 we have developed a deep process knowledge for many types of plastic waste, to produce non-cloggy, free-flowing and dry regrind and agglomerate. After every polymer change our recycling lines are cleaned meticulously to avoid contamination from a polymer-mix. All metal parts are detected by metal detection and the recyclate runs through a dedusting machine before being filled into big bags.

The Combined Fluidization Technology dryer (CFT dryer) offers an economic process for sticky products. CFT dryers combine the advantages of convective fluidized bed drying with contact drying. The CFT works with a hot mechanically fluidized bed. The feed material is distributed into this bed. It is fluidized by a rotating paddle system. Inside the fluidized bed the wet product is evenly distributed throughout the dry product. The volatiles evaporate instantly in contact with the hot particles, i.e. new solids are created at the location of evaporation. CFT dryers allow the handling of products, which cannot be handled in other types of contact dryers. Highly viscous, pasty, sticky, crust-forming states do not exist.

Whether in the office, kitchen, cafeteria, in administration facilities, in hospital, in industry or in private household, we can compose solutions for any place and need. The main advantage lies in the flexibility and variability: the set can be adjusted in size and content according to any need. The modules are delivered ready-made in standing, mobile, and fixed version or for wall fastening.The cap colours available (blue, brown, grey, yellow, red, green) make it easy to optically distinguish the several contents. The inside buckets can be removed, emptied and cleaned easily. The modules contain either 15 L inside buckets or 30 L inclining buckets in the double width. The building set principle allows the most various combinations which can be changed back at any time.

A clear matter: disposing of process water in an operationally safe manner After vibratory finishing, the process water contains solids and pollutants such as metals, oils and greases. To prevent these from entering the sewage system during disposal, you can clean your process water - even acidic or alkaline water - in our flocculation plants. You can then discharge the clear water into the sewage system in accordance with legal regulations. DO/GA flocculation units The PLC-controlled DO and GA flocculation plants are fully automatic solutions that purify up to 2,000 litres of process water per hour. If your daily water volume to be treated exceeds 3,000 litres, these plants are the right choice for purifying your process water. RT flocculation unit The easy-to-operate and inexpensive RT unit is suitable for you if you want to purify a daily water volume of up to 3,000 litres.
