Vibration absorbers are produced in several configurations SINGLE TUBE VIBRATION ABSORBER for pull and push absorption at random mounting positions. The length is increased to keep the diameter dimension at a minimum. TWIN TUBE VIBRATION ABSORBERS for pull and push absorption. The preferred mounting position is vertically aligned. Compared to single tube absorbers, the length is decreased, while the diameter is enlarged. The characteristic of damping for both types can be progressive or degressive. Rotating Piston Absorbers are displacement absorbers using hydraulic flow resistance. They are used to damp rotational vibrations, e.g. absorbers for ropeway cabins (see VDIRichtlinie VDI 3833 German Association of Engineers, sheet 1). The design is customized. Due to different operating conditions, no standard design is possible. (see also VDIGuideline, VDI 3833 sheet 1)

Thermoplastic injection-moulded polyurethane (TPU) based on polyesterpolyol, diisocyanate and glycol. This is vibration-absorbing, non-marking, non-staining and highly abrasion-resistant, while also providing good floor preservation. The tread is also resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances, although it has only limited resistance to hot water or steam.

Our rubber-coated metal strips are used in numerous applications, such as engine and aggregate seals. In addition to NBR, we also coat metal strip with EPDM, NR, HNBR and FPM in thicknesses of 10 μm - 2 mm. The metal strips can also be coated with an anti-friction coating, which offers extremely high resistance to heat and special sliding ability. The resulting further processing quality enables them to be used wherever parts made of metal strip with sealing, sound-absorbing or vibration-damping properties are required. The very good bonding between elastomer and metal, combined with outstanding deep-drawing properties, shows the superiority of this coating. The metal strips can also be top-coated with decorative lacquers on both the metal and the rubber coated side (e.g. as a distinguishing feature in the company's own production for top and bottom sides).

The Coiled Spring Pin was invented by SPIROL in 1948. SPIROL offers Coiled Pins in three duties, light, standard and heavy, to provide a variety of combinations of strength, flexibility and diameters to accommodate different host materials and applications. Standard duty (sometimes called "medium" duty) Coiled Spring Pins are generally recommended for use in nonferrous and mild steel assemblies and provide the optimum combination of strength and flexibility in these materials. Standard duty Coiled Pins are also preferred in hardened components when there is enough space to accommodate the larger diameter to withstand the applied force because of their ability to absorb shock and vibration. STAUFF NRC type clamps were designed for the noise and vibration reducing installation of pipes and tubes with the most common outside diameters between 6 and 42 mm and ¼ to 1 ½ inch respectively.
