Versatile, turnkey diesel high-pressure pumping units Special applications require customised high-pressure systems, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea through to turnkey installation, with 100% of the manufacture taking place in-house. Depending on the application, our customers can choose from a range of drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation. However, the units are ready for use on the base frame on which they are delivered. KAMAT diesel-powered units are traditionally used in industrial cleaning and pressure testing, mining and water hydraulics, but special solutions for special fluids or to meet explosion protection requirements are also part of the KAMAT range. It makes no difference whether the customer requires a mobile or stationary unit.

Vertical End Suction Pumps are centrifugal inline pumps with a compact design where the impeller is mounted onto the extended motor shaft. These pumps are not self-priming and must be gravity fed. All pumps are equipped with double mechanical seal. This pump series is designed for vertical installations next to a tank and for pumping highly air entrained coolant and cutting oils, as they occur in high speed grinding applications. The SBG pumps are equipped with the user-friendly 45 degree flange connection which allows for either vertical or horizontal pipe connection and the connection of a pressure gauge with G ¼. The pump-kit MINIFLUX is designed for emptying IBCs via their floor-level outlet. Designed as an alternative to a vertical pump, the MINIFLUX can be used when an IBC is not accessible from the top. It is suitable for applications when gravity draining via the outlet tap is insufficient e.g. rapid dispensing or transfer to another container in a higher location. Power can ideally be provided by a commutator or compressed air motor. The horizontal Drum and container pump F 430 TR is ideal for conveying media from IBCs, tanks and other containers with low level outlet. E.g. if a tank is not accessible from the top, or if the spatial conditions do not allow use of a vertical pump. For cleaning, the pump can be easily and quickly taken apart in its two main components. The pump is available in stainless steel or polypropylene.
