Less wear, longer working lives In the automobile industry, environmental protection is also playing an ever greater role. With its dimensions, bodies form by far the largest part of recyclates in automobile recycling. One of the major challenges in crushing vehicle bodies is in the vulnerability to wear of many hammer axes. We have optimised our solutions over a number of years and supply hammer axes for large shredders in various diameters, which are characterised by extreme toughness and dimensional stability. As a specialist for all types of compacting containers and special vehicle bodies, we tackle every project and design individual products in line with the requirements of our customers.

With the manufacture of compacting containers for use in municipal vehicle construction, decades of expertise and know-how go into the implementation of every product. In accordance with the requirements, we implement the container manufacture and, if the customer requests it, take over both internal coating and external painting. The production range includes volume-optimised 37 – 43 m³ vehicle bodies.

INOX® MULTI CLEANER All Star is an effective special agent for cleaning upholstery, leather, carpets, tarpaulins and all plastics. It gently cleans seat covers, convertible tops, textiles, smooth leather, plastic parts and refreshes colors. Odors are permanently removed and replaced by a pleasant citrus scent. Its new formula makes it even more powerful and removes even the most stubborn dirt such as OIL, grease, nicotine residue, insect residue, coffee, juice etc. The highly concentrated multi-cleaner All Star can also be used for exterior cleaning, car washes, tankers, chassis, trucks, vehicle bodies.

We offer paint protection hoods tailored for the respective car type as well as a standard program with fixed dimensions for the painting of raw bodies and finished vehicles in the motor vehicle industry and in paint workshops and re-varnishing sectors. All our paint protection hoods are characterised by the same high quality features: The temperature resistance ranges between 70 °C and 160 °C depending on the drying conditions of the paint and the product range.
