The pumps of the 3 series deliver operating pressures up to 250 bar and volumetric flow rates of up to 400 l/min and are the preferred choice in channel and tube cleaning applications.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. The ceramic plungers used are highly resistant to acid and alkaline liquids.

The ARP (Abrasive Resistant Pump) series was developed specially for the conveyance of water contaminated with grainy or fibrous solids. The ARP highpressure pumps deliver operating pressures up to 400 bar. The pumps also work reliably at a solids concentration of up to 3,000 mg/l and a grain size of up to 300 μm.

The highpressure pumps of the 2series with operating pressures up to 750 bar and volumetric flow rates up to around 230 l/min are ideal for cleaning pipes and tube bundles, containers and containers.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. With operating pressures of up to 1,000 bar, the Yseries pumps are ideally suited to a wide variety of cleaning work, e.g. in the chemical industry, oil and gas industries as well as in the area of ship cleaning. Due to the small size and low weight, they can be easily installed in unit with very small base frames.

The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. With a high number of pressure and nominal flow rate combinations, the pumps are preferably used in industrial cleaning, paint stripping and also in descaling.For pumps with an operating pressure of more than 1,000 bar, hard metal plungers are used, which are particularly stable in order to guarantee a long service life and thus low maintenance costs.

With the builtin central valve design, these plunger pumps also have high volumetric efficiencies at high pressures. The carbide plungers used are extremely robust, provide long service life at very high pressures of up to 3,000 bar, and can therefore guarantee low maintenance costs. This makes the pumps of this WOMA series ideal for separating, disassembling, stripping and derusting with high pressure water.

Due to its large orifice, high flow rates are possible. Furthermore, the valve is distinguished by a high reproducibility of the lift-off point. The electrical power consumption lies thereby in the lowest range of the Plate Armature Technology. The compact design of the valve provides a variety of assembly options for different areas of application.

In powered mode, the field strength generated in the solenoid pulls the plunger against the spring tension out of the non-powered position. Solenoids for DC and AC voltage add considerably to the range of technical variants. As the solenoid encompasses the plunger guide tube and the plunger moves in this encapsulated structure, these solenoid valves are called plunger valves.

The 700 VA series float valve allows infinite adjustment of the level and has a flat float rod for mounting variable floats. It is suitable for use at high and low pressure and high temperatures up to 120°C, but not for use in drinking water. The stainless steel float model is suitable for simple mechanical regulation of levels in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries due to the VA materials and silicone seals.

Directly controlled brass solenoid valves in a very compact design for air, gases, steam and non-aggressive liquid media. In sizes 1/8" and ¼" as 2/2 and 3/2 Valve available in NC or NO with a choice of nominal widths from 1.5 to 4.5 mm in all common voltages and various sealing materials.

The pneumatic flanged sliding gate control valve type 8621 in GS3 design with integrated positioner designed according to ASME B16.34, API RP 553, API 598, ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3 incl. flange connection according to ASME B16.5 is suitable for a wide range of process applications. Media such as steam, liquids, gases, etc. can be handled perfectly.

The valve series designed for very high line pressure up to 15 bar are suitable for high temperatures. The chemical nickel plating of the components provides corrosion protection for all valves.

In contrast to other valve designs, only two diaphragm valve components come into contact with the operating media the diaphragm itself and the valve housing. The long service life, reliability, safety and resistance against aggressive and abrasive media, combined with the excellent control quality of the directly mounted digital positioner result in an ideal control valve with minimal maintenance effort and low operating costs. Brass float valves of open design in 3 and 4 inches can be combined with our hollow float balls made of high-quality PE-HD plastic (max. 70 °C), alternatively also with copper or stainless steel balls. The chemical nickel plating provides corrosion protection.

This poppet valve has exclusively been designed to be used in control units. Because of its hexagonal shape, it requires only a minimum of space. There are different actuating modes (plunger, pushbutton, toggle lever, two way / one way lever with or without control panel actuators).
