Our biodegradable jars are ready for manufacturing in Germany and in Japan. We have two different mateial grades, 'Premium' and 'Universal'. 'Premium' material which contains visible wood chips adds natural and luxurious look to our customer's product., while 'Universal' material with smaller wood chip inside gives smooth texture and fits well with our customers' brand image. 4 different size jars(7ml, 9ml, 133ml and 200ml ) are currently available for oily and powder cosmetics such as balm and shea butter oils. 150ml jar is going to be availabel in 2022 Q1. It can be used well with toner-based prints. This adhesive is great for heat transfer printing onto cosmetic packaging as well as promotional like pens. It shows good resistance against water. Furthermore, the particles in this dispersion are fine dispersed and result in even and repeatable results.

It becomes visible, and especially perceptible, when walking over a nonconductive floor, then touching a door handle and getting “a shock.” Such discharges are not only unpleasant, but in many sectors are even dangerous. Antistatic agents are used to avoid this problem and thus make both the manufacture and the use of plastic products safer. However, antistats can also contribute an additional positive effect. With NEWOSTAT® antistatic agents, the tendency of many plastics to attract dirt can be markedly reduced.

Offered with or without a head, Straight Pins are distinguished by their uniformity. The chamfered ends are more consistent than tumbled edges—making installation with automatic assembly equipment more reliable. Straight Pins are retained by compressing the host, not the inflexible solid pin. They are suitable for use in plastics for press-fit applications limited to those cases where the host material can withstand compression in the order of 0.05mm – 0.08mm (.002” – .003”). Straight Pins are often used to replace Ground Dowels in applications that do not require the tight tolerances of a Ground Dowel.

During the setting process, edges on the mandrel head cut the rivet shaft into four segments. These four segments then unfold on the component surface thus forming the large locking head.
