Historic transmissions and classic drive technologies differ from modern drives in terms of their technical structure and the materials used. Classic cars also have high mileages or a high age of the individual transmission components. These circumstances require optimum lubrication and modern additives to maintain your classic car. Castrol Classic transmission oils are specially designed to meet the requirements of classic vehicles of all model years. These transmission oils contain modern additives that minimize wear in the transmission and differential and provide optimum lubrication – even at high mileages. We can provide you with comprehensive advice on the use of Castrol Classic gear oils.

The amplifier module model 9243 is used wherever measurement signals from strain gauges, potentiometric sensors or DC/DC sensors have to be converted into standard signals. Simply by mounting on conventional DIN-mount rails, it is possible to position the amplifier module on location, in the proximity of the sensor. Especially for rough environments a IP65 version is available. The broad auxiliary power range and the choice between AC or DC permits operation on standard power supplies used in switch gear cabinets. A highly precise reference voltage source is built-in for calibration purposes. A calibrating shunt can also be connected via two separate terminals. This permits deliberate detuning of a strain gauge sensor for calibration or merely to check the measuring chain.

The PSE 21x/23x-8 positioning systems are compact solutions with integrated intelligence that frees up the machine´s central control unit. The intelligent positioning system automatically adjusts auxiliary and positioning axes using a DC-motor, gear, controller, measuring system and CANopen, DeviceNet or Modbus RTU interface. No external motors, proximity or limit switches are required. The absolute measuring system at 64 revolutions (optional) eliminates the need for time-consuming reference runs and increases the efficiency of the machine. The economical motor also makes the system suitable for automation jobs that were previously uneconomic due to the cost. The separated supply voltages for the control and performance electronics provides an emergency shut-off function without interrupting communication with the control module.
