It is used where hydraulic or pneumatic solutions are not possible. The holding force is created by the proven spring-operated clamping system as it is used in SITEMA’s hydraulically or pneumatically operated Locking Units. At a drop of the control voltage or in case of failure of the electric supply, the Locking Unit KFE clamps automatically. Therefore, it is also suitable for use in safety relevant applications. The Riedel CCP-1116 is a commentary unit for two commentators with integrated intercom functionality. The device provides up to two commentary positions with high-quality mic preamps and all the intercom features known from Riedel Digital Matrix Intercom systems. Combined in one compact device and cabled via one single CAT5 or COAX cable, the CCP-1116 reduces cabling effort, set-up time and points of failure. The tubes are galvanised in the standard procedure, but can also be supplied with powder-coated surfaces in different RAL colours. Ball caster spacing patterns can be carried out in accordance with the collar size of the ball casters used. We supply profile lengths of up to maximum 6,000 mm. CF 30 G equipment is supplied completely assembled and ready for operation. The dust collection unit is suited for intermittent operation only, because regular cleaning of the pocket filter element in certain intervals is an absolutely must for the proper operation of the equipment. The cleaning intervals will depend on the operating conditions and must be established by experience. Normally cleaning intervals will be between operating times of 30 minutes to two hours. It is a prerequisite for sufficient and intensive cleaning of the filter cloth that dust collecting is interrupted during cleaning to achieve static pressures on the filter material. A retention time of 1 - 2,5 minutes between the end of the suction and the beginning of the cleaning process is therefore required. The filtered air must be removed outside - do not lead back to closed rooms!
