This new and environmentfriendly procedure really provides a solution for heating and cooling of complex and thinwalled moulded parts. By using gaseous media for heating and cooling processes, soiled cooling channels are now a thing of the past. Basically it is true that gaseous media have the disadvantage to be bad heat carriers. This applies at least to air that is only used for cooling processes under special circumstances. But in contrast, if the opportunities of CO2 are exhausted properly, it offers an interesting alternative to conventional water temperature control.

The Bio ECO-straw is being produced of ca. 70% genetically unchanged sugarcane and of ca. 30% minerals and fibers and is thus 100% biodegradable in industrial composting plants. The Bio ECO-straw is plasticizer-free and also free of plastic. The straw is dimensionally stable, tasteless and suitable for beverages up to 30o C. Under proper, dry and cool (room temperature sufficient) storage conditions durable ca.18-22 months. Vincotte „Compost OK“–certified, combustible and recyclable. Recommendation: compost shredded Available straws color: pearlwhite-shining sizes: ca. 6x210mm and ca. 6,5x250mm, packing units: 500 pcs per bag. The Bio ECO-straw is printable and the sizes ca. 6x210mm and ca. 6,5x250mm are also obtainable wrapped in white PEFC-paper. The wrapper is printable with your design in 1c or 2c.

VMaster® Viscous Air-Sensing Fan Drives The VMaster viscous air-sensing fan drive works smarter so your engine can work harder. Equipped with a bimetal precision sensor, the viscous air-sensing fan drive delivers the right amount of cooling required. A fan that operates at maximum speed only when cooling requirements demand it can cut fuel costs significantly over the life of the vehicle. Modulation enables the drive to regulate the fan speed between idle and maximum rotational speed depending on the air temperature, quickly responding to even small temperature fluctuations. The ultrasonic riveting makes possible an interlocking bonding of two thermoplastics or of thermoplastics with dissimilar materials, e. g. thermoset materials or metals. In this process the sonotrode serves as a re-forming tool. It determines the forming of the riveting pin. During the holding time (cooling phase) the sonotrode serves also as fixation stamp, thus the melted material cools down under pressure.
